The location of the hotel is excellent with affordable prices. It only takes 5 mins from Hotel to Metal (Baixa-Chiado) or Praça do Comércio. The room was clean, comfortable, and tidy. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Even the pillows are too soft, but not really matter. I will be back at this Hotel on my Next Lisbon trip.

Just need a place to sleep at for the night. Its very close to multiple squares (such as terreiro do paco), 15 minute walk to Castelo de jorge, And close to all the holiday markets 🎄 they do have car service to the airport for 20 euros. I booked this hotel reservation via Expedia. There is a TAX/VAT fee at this hotel. I believe its for 2 euros/per person/ per night.

This hotel was so lovely! Great rooms, cleanliness was a must and they didn’t disappoint. Christiano on the front desk was super helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend and return! The location was everything - waking distance from all you need in Lisboa!

Location is great but that's where it ends. Rooms have no sound proofing so you can hear everything around you. Fridge not working, no kettle or facilities to make tea or coffee in the room. Basin drain was almost completely blocked and required 3 requests before a poor attempt was made to unblock it. Would not stay there again!

The location of the hotel downtown is close to everything. The rooms are nice, spacious and the design is nice and modern The towels and pillows are basic and could have done with an uplift to make it feel better My main issue and the reason for the 3 stars is the noise, if you don’t like noise than you won’t sleep well and if you’re on a short vacation and you need a good night sleep it can cost you your vacation, the area of the hotel is great during the day with restaurants and caffès but at night they restock, garbage trucks are coming to collect the days garbage, people are still walking the streets and shouting, trains are passing nearby and in general the amount of noise is very disturbing (and we stayed on an high floor) So if you don’t mind the noise, it’s a nice a spot otherwise not so sure
