OK.....you have read the previous reviews, here is the REAL SCOOP.... This is a very nice hotel....yes, it is a little difficult to find....on a small street through a large wood door and you are there!.... Very helpful check in....then to our room on the 4th floor with the elevator.... Standard room is small....learn from experience....when booking a room at a European hotel, get the room above the standard.....it will be bigger!! The room is very nice and very clean...plenty of plugs for devices.... Room was overlooking a courtyard and was very quiet! Bathroom was a reasonable size and spotless...very bright which is a plus as some European hotels have a darker bathroom..... Shower is small but fine.....no leaking on the floor! Breakfast is in a nice room, small but no problem finding a table....the usual....yogurt, fresh fruit, cheese, bread/croissant/cake/pancake!/cereal...also scrambled eggs and sausage....that was fine.. It is in a great location..2 blocks from the Pantheon...close to Piazza Navona and Spanish Steps.... Took the hotel car...Mercedes van...to the airport...40 minutes and 65 euro....not bad! Yes, I would stay again, but get a bigger room....

Big disappointment, don’t trust pictures, look elsewhere.

We booked Terrace Pantheon Relais based on pictures on United Hotels pictures, unfortunately, the reality was quite different. The pictures are simply not showing the true situation. The room that we received was twice smaller than what could be seen on photos. The only space around queen size bed was enough to barely walk to the bed. That’s it. The pictures are simply a scam. To get to the room you have to use an elevator to the third floor that wasn’t working two days out of four we stayed. After the elevator we had to take a winding corridor with multiple turns and multiple steps up and down just to get to the room. People with claustrophobia - beware. Bedroom window is facing a tight courtyard with multiple loud AC units. There are mirrors everywhere to make you feel like you are not in a coffin but actually in a room… it doesn’t work well though. Oh yes, to get a hot water please prepare to open a faucet and wait 3-4 minutes… The stuff is completely ignorant to any complaint, so don’t bother. Not sure how that pathetic resemblance of a hotel got its rating… I guess there are ways.

We found this hotel in a hurry, having a very bad experience with the place we booked originally. The price for Roma is really valuable. The location is great: 2 steps from the Pantheon. The staff is really friendly and ready to help. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The plus is the rooftop terrace that we hadn't the chance to use because of the weather.

Fantastic stay - great location 2mins from the Pantheon. The check in and check out experience with Marco was seamless. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. With a smart TV, fridge, and a comfortable bed.
