The stay experience was fabulous. I had also opted for Indian Aromatherapy. Biswajit was very helpful for getting us prepared for spa. Special thanks to the therapist Tulsi who has an experience of 20 years and is very sweet and dedicated. Thanks Taj for making this special occasion memorable to us.

My favoured hotel when I am in Bangalore. A warm welcome by the entire staff as always. Since I prefer a room on higher floor, Sanyukta was kind enough to upgrade me to a lake view room on the 9th floor. Josheph as usual is attentive to your needs and likes. Pleasantly surprised to find a warm welcome card from Mr Jaikant Shroff, General Manager, along with fresh fruits and sweets when I returned to the hotel in the evening. Breakfast has a nice spread with plenty of options. The South Indian spread is my favourite. This is one Taj property that pampers me.

I recently stayed at the Taj for 4 nights and was impressed with every single thing, from the beautiful room, to the great pool, the great Chinese restaurant and wonderful breakfast. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Special shout out to Mr Krishna who was so friendly and kind and made sure my room was always so inviting. This hotel does the little things right and the attention to detail is spot on, and really makes a difference. Keep doing what you're doing! The staff in memories of china are also amazing, and the cocktails and food in there are beautiful. Thanks for a great stay!
