Wonderful lunch break at Taj Lands End. Iltema and Melwyn provided excellent service and made our meal perfect. We had not yet checked into our room, but look forward to stay at this Hotel. Nice area and view from the restaurant. Now it is time to explore the room.

The Taj Club experience is unrivalled. Ms Bharti and her team provide an excellent and attentive level of service. Also the gentlemen in the Club Lounge, their names I will update. Mr Deepak in housekeeping is amazing; his service is beyond housekeeping. He anticipates every need and by magic my hotel room feels like home. Can’t wait to return to my home from home.

Received no help during breakfast, No one attempted to help with the request. One of the Indian restaurant staff was not providing the level of service that was accepted from Taj Hotels. Room was good, cleaning staff was on point and always willing to help.
