So I am an avid traveler, and hotel loyalty program enthusiast just for context. About the hotel itself, Taj Land Ends just like any other Mumbai property is a bit dated but has been kept fairly well and updated, you will still find things that will give away the age of the hotel such as the appliances. But I believe it has been maintained the best you could. They are in one of the BEST locations in Mumbai with amazing views of the Arabian Sea and a beautiful bridge that connects it to South Mumbai! It makes it very convenient to travel to anywhere in Metro Mumbai, it is centrally located. But do mind the Mumbai traffic! No matter the room or side you're facing, you'll still have a fantastic view due to the location of the hotel. I got upgraded from a Taj Club Room to a Luxury Suite, but I've stayed in several room types and they are all great, the suite is amazing don't get me wrong but you can just expect a bigger room with a few additional things, not exactly more posh-ness! Either way the rooms are excellent, crispy clean and well maintained! Everything worked very well except for some dated equipment/appliances! They could really use a tech upgrade from TVs to WiFi. Taj is still a fairly tech-less chain of hotels that are still living in the past, the only high tech thing in your room is the TV! They could grab a few notes from the foreign competition which are way more modern in terms of tech: Website, loyalty programs, devices in the room, mobile application, WiFi, TV, appliances, communication channels, tech conveniences, and so on! Now about the service: They really take the Taj Hotel name and service seriously, and it shows! Taj provides an exceptional service and it is well known for that! This is their strongest point! I could easily say they are right there at the top when it comes to service, along the best luxury hotel chains worldwide, with exception of Ultra-Luxury properties (which they have, but this isn't one of them)! Nonetheless they will satisfy even the most picky travelers (me!) Breakfast while it is good (7/10) it is nothing noteworthy. It is pretty busy in the mornings and the restaurant could use some reorganization to help with the huge chaos that is going around. Do I believe this hotel would more than satisfy even the most demanding clients? YES! Is the best bang for your buck? Not really... Taj is most well known for their exotic properties usually palaces. I've stayed at their "normal" hotels and while they're good, they tend to be overpriced for what they are. Specially when these hotels do not have that exclusivity of let's say... a palace. For not much more you could stay at a "proper" Taj property although in Mumbai that alternative is a bit inconvenient for the non-tourist (Taj Mahal Palace and Towers Mumbai). As I mentioned their competitors are so much more modern and there's nothing special about Taj Land Ends property itself other than the location. It is nice and posh, but it is just a squared hotel building where most of their competitors beat them up across the board infrastructure, tech or even location wise. So once you see the pricing you will think twice about staying there. The location is very exclusive and nice but the property itself isn't "special" in any way better than their competitors specially for the price. It will depend on what you value, I'd definitely stay again but for someone more value-conscious there is better alternatives!

Came to this bustling hotel but unfortunately like all other "Taj Hotels" Taj Lands End staff have a massive attitude problem and guests like us who come once a month to dine , do not matter all. Obviously why will we matter ? Its Taj Standard to treat small guests disrespectfully and treat those guests with respect who are regulars. If you are hosting a Sunday Brunch at your coffee shop and a guest does not want to eat out of the Buffet , why are they being forced to do so? If it has been made Mandatory that Sunday during Brunch you cant order À la carte then update your website and put up a sign outside. I was told by your restaurant manager very rudely go to other places if you want to have food from the Menu during brunch. What kind of an attitude is this ? Typical Taj Attitude i guess. After having an argument i was allowed to have food from the Menu , however when i saw the napkin placed on the table , it was dirty ! Of -Course it would be ! Its THE TAJ HOTEL !! I was shown to a table where the manager of the restaurant knew there is a dirty napkin on the table. I have attached a picture of the same. This incident happened on the 20th of May and let me assure you i will make sure i never visit or make anyone of my friends or family come visit stay or have their weddings at your Hotel Ever again. This kind of treatment is given to beggars. We are not Beggars , kindly treat us with the respect we deserve Taj Hotels ! Avoid this hotel all costs people.

Nice rooms, beautiful interiors, very good ambience. Exceptional experience with breathtaking views of sea, sea link and the Mumbai skyline. Had a comfortable stay of 2 days. Breakfast experience was not great, as there was a waiting of 10 mins, had to rush for a meeting so grabbed a quick bite without getting a table, had South Indian food, it was very nice. Overall, I was happy with the stay and would recommend the hotel to all.
