As we are tucked into the boat that transports us to the Palace, one cannot help but leave all the stress and worries of the world behind and let the serenity consume us . The journey on the lake may be for just a few minutes, but the scenes begin to brew such enormous expectations within, which now I can confidently confirm, are not just met, but surpassed in the most unassuming manner at this Taj property. The serenading begins with a warm setup at the jetty, with a shy local artist playing tunes of songs of yore. The skillful boatsman transports one to the palace where a shower of petals gives one a glimpse of the magic that awaits. The unique welcome drink refreshed us for the mini tour of the palace while we were led to our rooms. The property and rooms are immaculate while its history is impressive. A formal historical tour, arranged every evening, must not be missed, and neither must the music and dance performance. The quality of the performance was one of the highlights of our stay. Both the restaurants served a delicious fare and had us coming back for more the next day. Every single location on this property exudes a charm and grace that is painstakingly maintained by a highly efficient team, constantly at work. With a heavy heart, I am refraining from naming the team members who pampered and spoiled us as I would hate to be unfair to the others whose efforts and presence combined, made our stay unforgettable! The management team must be complimented for finding such a polite and warm group of individuals who have genuinely put in the work to make our stay so memorable. The beauty truly lies in the details, the petal shower welcome.. the music at the jetty/a flute being played in the early evening hours.. the housekeeping staff leaving a bookmark in your book.. a cleaning cloth for your glasses..the reception staff taking care of your last-minute requests within a blink of an eye..super attentive servers in both the restaurants serving delicious food..little scrolls with thought-provoking messages at the entrance of the spa, and an enthusiastic and accomplished security team member sharing secrets of the design elements of the palace by the poolside... The list is endless, and words.. insufficient... This standard of hospitality and stay has to be experienced to be believed. I had selected this property as a gift to my family on the occasion of my father's retirement, and I am grateful to the entire team at Taj Lake Palace for making this the best decision of my life yet! In our two-night stay here, we've made memories worth a lifetime!

Our trip was perfect in this beautiful palace thanks to the extremely courteous staff. While the property is gorgeous the staff is polite, welcoming with a keen sense of detail. Special thanks to Jasbinder Kaur, front office executive for making our family occasion memorable by planning surprises every step of the way from checkin till checkout. Also Rahul Mehta, front office manager. Both Jasbinder and Rahul were personally involved in planning and overseeing our stay. Thank you guys and see you again

Well, I do not write reviews but I couldn’t refrain myself from writing this one. Since the intent of service was genuine, the humbleness of the associates was felt from the moment we arrived at the pier. Each and every team member consistently wore a smile. We enjoyed the company of Vaibhav and KP. They were very polite, diligent and highly dexterous. They consistently pushed beyond the boundaries and provided superb experience at Jharoka. It was the best breakfast experience. The hostess was well very poised and great. The guest services team and front office team were superb and congenial. The housekeepers in my wing were extremely kind and did the room perfectly. The gardens were maintained superbly by the horticulturists. Every morning and evening, we dedicated our time listening to the melodious bansuri of Gajendraji while he offered it to the omnipotent and the birds chirped in the backdrop. It was serene and made the entire space magical. The performers were extremely graceful. Although, am not adept to make a verdict but they were nothing short of magnificent. It is these unparalleled and unmatched traditional practices that have kept my Bharat alive. Unfortunately, am unable to recall the names of many team members for the which I ardently apologise but needless to say, each and every one made our stay the most memorable one. I am grateful to each and every one. There is only one suggestion that I would propose - it would be quite beneficial to maintain a mini refrigerator to store water bottles at the luggage scanning area at the gates/pier.

Flawless , regal, decadent. Taj Lake Place speaks of legacy that is the place’s USP. The welcome by rose petal shower and the hospitality extended by the crew is simply marvellous. The welcome and property tour shown by Miss Kavita was absolutely lovable. She excels so beautifully at her job that it’s impossible to guess that she’s a fresher. The food is delectable to the tee and the service extended by Mr Vijay at Neelkamal is a thing to die for. He went beyond the call and offered us an experience that was nothing short of majestic. Aside from the luxury that the property exhibits another memorable experience to be felt is the in room dining. The table setup by Mr Drishtant was the icing on the cake and it did make us feel noble . The check out was as smooth as the check in and the warmth and affection shown by Mr Harsh touched us so much that it made the good bye more difficult. Out of world experience. Will specially like to mention hospitality of staff of restaurent jharoka..Ms Tinny and warm welcome from hotel staff Mr. Harsh, ms Honey and Ms Asra. Booking service was also seamless by Mr. Divyaraj. Will like to visit again. Boat ride was superb. The fragrance, authentic cuisine, folk dance , everything added to our magical experience.
