it was a wonderful stay ,a awesome place for family.....food was too good...kids enjoyed the pool.....a very great property . moon deck was awesome. The birthday celebration for my daughter ( she turned 15) with music and cake at the room was a great experience.

From the moment you arrive, the staff, including the warm and knowledgeable Ramdas, ensures a seamless experience, starting with early check-in and a buggy tour of the expansive 150-acre lush green property right on the beach. Guests staying in the Goan villa enjoy the added luxury of a private porch, enhancing the comfort and exclusivity of the experience. Each morning, Executive Chef Rajesh and his team delight guests with a lavish spread at the beachfront Caravela Restaurant. As the day evolves, the culinary journey continues with exquisite Lebanese and Thai dishes, crafted by skilled chefs that promise to keep your palate enthralled. The Thai desserts, notable for their simplicity and exceptional flavors, are particularly unforgettable. Unfortunately, I happened to encounter several issues during my visit from 25th April to 28th April at Taj Holiday Village, Goa. Firstly, upon checking into my room, I found that the cleanliness standards were not up to par. The ceiling fan & Jacuzzi in particular were not properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the high standards I expected from a property of Taj's reputation. I contacted the duty manager, and subsequently, the housekeeping supervisor acknowledged the oversight, but this lapse affected my initial impression of the room. Additionally, I had a distressing experience at your restaurant. The restaurant team recommended the prawn peri peri & Butter chicken for lunch without informing me of potential allergens. Regrettably, I suffered an allergic reaction after consuming the dishes, which I feel were not fresh & hygienic, resulting in severe rashes and vomiting. This incident significantly impacted my ability to enjoy the remainder of my stay. They should enhance training for staff members to ensure that guests are properly informed about menu items and potential allergens. Furthermore, reinforcing thorough cleanliness protocols in guest rooms, especially for simple amenities like the ceiling fan & Jacuzzi, would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Most friendly and helpful staff ever, Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great service was attentive and efficient. This was my 14th visit at Holiday village it is like my extended family in Goa.

A luxury home 😉 If ur a tight spender try goin for all meals .. packages ! AMOL AYUSH ANKUSH ., TAJ TEAM .. CHEF MOHIT Th love all staff exude .. its like a lov injection No other hotel chain has it ! Th food was exceptional Th ala carte / buffer both .. top notch ! Thai italian indian continental all superrr ! Th care exuded to kids is outstanding The pool vibes size timings Guards care all leave u wondering .. Lov the room vibes !
