I recently spent a delightful summer vacation at Taj Exotica in Goa with my 5-year-old daughter, and it exceeded all our expectations. The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, making it an ideal family getaway. My daughter had an absolute blast with the variety of activities available. The swimming pools were her favorite, providing hours of fun and a great way to beat the summer heat. The resort also hosted an incredible fire dance show that left us both mesmerized—it's a must-see! The golf cart (Baggi) rides around the beautifully landscaped property were another highlight. It was a convenient and enjoyable way to explore the expansive resort grounds. Additionally, the pottery sessions were both educational and entertaining, allowing my daughter to get creative and make her own little masterpieces. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The overall ambiance of the resort is serene and family-friendly, making it the perfect destination for a memorable summer vacation. Special Mention of 1. Tukaram : @housekeeping : Last but not the least, helping us organize all the mess my daughter created in the room :P We can't wait to return to Taj Exotica and create more wonderful memories. A warm welcome, every member of Taj always with a sweet smile, at the Front desk when we arrived Mr. Siddharth was at his best. He looked after smallest details and made the whole stay most comfortable, leisure and entertaining, It was a great pleasure, awesome stay, delicious breakfast, great hospitality, keep it up. Ms Puja was too very sweet and quick in completing the billing etc.

We stayed for 2 nights and had the best holiday break in this beautiful property right on the beach . Thankyou taj for upgrading us ,really greatful and a special mention to taj employee OVI ,he had this surprise planned for me when I got back in the eve . The bed was decorated with my pics ,. Thank you for this kind gesture and the suprise ,really appreciate. It's a huge property , with all amenities like a pool, cycling ,gym, wellness centre etc . Taj has it's own beach which was very convenient to walk , lobster shack is a sundowner shack which was my fav in the eve . Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful . Interiors have got a traditional touch with the paintings ,decor which makes it even more beautiful. Food was also good . Rooms are very comfortable and cozy .love the aesthetics which made me not leave the room . Bed specially dint give me a back pain the next day . Overall experience is 10/10. Will definitely come back soon for my next holiday .

My daughter really likes this resort and its hospitality since 2020 we have been here 3rd time. This time again our entire experience was very good. At play area Narmin and Debabrata were really good and helpful in keeping our daughter engaged full day. Special mention to Creson. Overall was very happy with service we got in restaurants, housekeeping and front desk as well from Sunil, Malvika and few other guys

My family and I (5 persons) spent 10 days in Taj Exotica Resort & Spa in Goa. We booked one Deluxe Room Sea View King Bed and one Villa Room Garden View with Twin Beds. We had to face several incidents during our stay and I will list some of them here, in order for you to understand what can happen during your stay, don't be surprised... Points to be improved : 1) On the balcony of the Villa Room Garden of our kids, the cleaning team forgot to remove a full ashtray which was just lying since several days on the balcony ! After a remark to the Management, they offered to change the room of our kids, giving them the room located... one floor below, without any other compensation or an upgrade to apologize for the bad quality of service... (see photos). 2) On our 2nd day, we faced a major security incident inside our room ! We left our room with 2 staff members of the hotel inside, one to clean the room and one to repair a non working electrical system (for hairdryer) and when we came back, money had disapeared from my wife's bag ! The amount was not that much important, but the fact that someone took it from the bag of my wife was a big issue, which Management took very seriously, I must admit ! They did their best to make us feel safe and satisfied and offered us a few things to cool the situation down, but never gave us back the disappeared amount of money... 3) When you order something inside the main restaurant, always check it twice when it comes and IF it comes... I'm still waiting for pancakes and coffee which never reached our table... 4) Queue at the reception is usual thing... Everytime I came to ask for assistance or help, I was facing other clients doing the same... I don't like to loose my time on holidays, I want fast and efficient service, which was not the case. 5) Our 7 years old son cut his feet inside the large outdoor pool. The rescue guy came on my request and helped immediately with a desinfection and a to put a protection on the wound. Funny thing is that a few moments earlier, I saw a little girl crying and being helped by the same rescue guy, for obviously the same situation ! 6) Car transfer : when we arrived in Goa by plane in the middle of the night, we booked and had a confirmation that 2 cars would wait for us... Only one was waiting for all of us ! We had to wait 25-30 minutes to get another car, after a 14 hours trip... 7) Expect to see a lot of dogs all around beaches, the hotel, the streets, well it seems that in India, dogs are living on their own and can be very/too much curious to get food ! 8) Driving in India is absolutely crazy and can be very dangerous, just be aware and don't drive yourself, take a local professional driver for your safety ! Good points : 1) The outdoor pool temperature was just perfect, hot and clean ! 2) The food was delicious and with a lot of choices, be aware not to ask spicy if you are not used to it ! 3) The beach is really long, relaxing and nice, but it is difficult to go to swim, since a lot of a big waves and potentially strong current ! 4) The lobster village is a great place to enjoy tasty food just next to the beach, to be done absolutely ! 5) The cars we got for excursions were of very good quality and clean, a good surprise. Well that's all for this review, I will add several photos for you to see what I'm talking about. If to give an advise for excursions, try Agonda Beach (the Best one) and Palolem Beach.
