It was my privilege to stay in such a hotel with highly courteous staff. Extremely happy to have stayed in Taj Club Chennai. Experienced high quality service feeling proud for having been among the guests of the hotel. Will love to stay again when I will visit Chennai again any time in future.

This is nowhere closer to a five star hotel, Taj standards. Very poorly maintained hotel with non working bathroom doors, stains in the rooms and toilets. The staff was not professional, they kept the luggage and forgot to send to the room, there were stains in bathroom shower, door corners, carpets in the corridor area was smelly. Not worth the money paid. Very disappointed. Pls avoid if you value your money

Well attended to at the reception Rooms were well equipped with all personal toiletteries and tea and coffee bags. Rooms were clean and housekeeping exemplary. One can avail the swimming pool and gym and sauna, steam facilities on the 7th floor. Opted for a plate meal for lunch package which was tastily served with dishes adequate variety So also breakfast buffet. Staff service at breakfast and lunch was outstanding Will certainly stay here in the future.

I visit regularly to Chennai for business work. This time, meeting with foreign based partner was there at Raj. Reached hotel from Airport in time, welcome was nice, grand loony, nice staff. Went straight to Coffee house. Meeting was nice & it was really good experience at Taj Taj is SarTaj

Ms. Sristhi at the front desk was very helpful and made our check out process smooth and hassle free. Everybody including the security guards, restaurant staff and house keeping staff were very courteous and efficient. Kudos to the hotel management for the excellent leadership. We'll done.
