This was our first time dining experience at Taj on the occasion of my parent's 40th anniversary. The ambience and hygiene was good and staff were very cooperative too. Susmita was outstanding in her service in terms knowledgeable and quick to respond to our queries. She was amazing and we really enjoyed here service. The 1 star has been deducted due to very limited and restricted items available for A-La-Carré option. This really needs to improve and there should be as many items as it is there in the buffet.
