The apartment is a spacious 2,800 sq feet 3 bedroom, 4 baths, 2 large open balconies, a spacious open kitchen with separate living and lounge areas. Luxurious interiors with Italian marble flooring, noise cancelling french doors and windows, veneered interiors with unbelievable location.

This extended stay hotel is intended for HiTec City tech workers, but it makes a good base for large family groups as well. Several issues prevent this place from achieving western levels of comfort, but it is still a viable choice for large groups wanting an apartment-style layout in this lively, hip neighborhood. WHAT WAS GOOD: => Staff members were a pleasant bunch, if not entirely capable (e.g. they could not seem to fix the Internet problem, see below.) They seemed to genuinely care about our comfort. => The three-bedroom apartment layout is perfect for a large family group. There is a very pleasant, large common area, a dining area, a kitchen, one large ensuite master bedroom, two additional adequate ensuite bedrooms, and one extra bathroom accessible from the common area. Note that the three bedrooms are rented out separately, so if you want the whole apartment to yourself, make this clear when making your booking. => The breakfasts offered by the hotel were delicious, if not elaborate. (Note that this is an Indian style breakfast, with no western food items at all. If this isn’t your thing, you can go elsewhere, but I would encourage you to try it as it was quite good.) Note that you can do your own breakfasts in the apartment quite easily if you prefer. => Entirely sealed and air-conditioned units keep the mosquitos out to help prevent Malaria and the other mosquito-borne illnesses endemic to this region. The air conditioning was perfectly adequate for our winter visit, but note that only the AC units in the three bedrooms worked. The air conditioning units in the common areas were not operative during our visit. => Having a washing machine was very handy. A dryer would be nice, too, though hang drying worked fine. => The kitchen was perfectly functional, with a working refrigerator, microwave oven, and grill, though it could use a better selection of plates, utensils, pots, and pans. => A good grocery store is just across the street. Also, there are literally hundreds of restaurants, shops, and bars within a kilometer in this lively district. WHAT WAS BAD: => The Internet died for several days during our stay, apparently due to lack of payment, thus we had no way to communicate or perform trip planning. This seriously disrupted our trip, as we’ve become so dependent on the Internet for so much. When it was up, Internet speed was decent, if not spectacular – thus email, basic surfing, VoIP calling, and audio streaming all worked -- more or less -- but video streaming was iffy. The Wi-Fi Access Point in the suite fully covered the common area and some of the areas in the rooms, but coverage of the more distant bedroom corners was spotty. => We had several annoying plumbing issues. Several faucets leaked, and the drain pipe assembly literally fell off in our ensuite bathroom the last day of our stay. (I reinserted the assembly, tightened it up, and it seemed to work and didn’t fall off again, but please...) => The floors in the showers were EXTREMELY slippery. Be very careful! => Water pressure was very low, making showers a challenge. => The apartment overall was a bit grubby – towels, bedding, etc. were not quite as clean as one would like. No big deal, but again, not up to western standards. => The noise did not bother us, but this is a very loud neighborhood between the constant car honking, the dogs fighting in the middle of the night, and the partying in this lively neighborhood. Sensitive sleepers should beware. WHAT COULD BE BETTER: => There are two lovely patios off the common area. These have solid security grills, but if these were screened to prevent mosquitos from entering, we would have been able to open up at night to enjoy the neighborhood more, while allowing for more air flow, and reducing use of air conditioning.

SS staff people are very well conducted and i witnessed the service very well. they understood our requirement and lived up the expectations. the food was good and it would have better if they provide local arrangements to the airports or bus stop.

We had a nice experience staying at Swan suites, which is situated at a nice location of Hi-tech city. The breakfast provided is very good & tasty and the staffs are very polite and helpful and they are at service anytime. we have taken a complete 3BHK Apartment for a family stay .The apartment was very specious and very much comfortable for family stay. The best part is they provided fully furnished kitchen for cooking.Overall it was a wonderful stay . Any time i will visit Hyderabad i would prefer to stay at swan-suites.

Best hotel stay in Hyderabad. Breakfast was really good. Hotel staff was very polite while talking. Room service was also very good. AC was not working they changed my room with no time. Best hotel to recommend to anyone of my friends or relative.

During the month of May 15 i stayed at swan Suites. It was a pleasant Stay specially i want mention about their food. Very tasty delicious and homely. The property maintained very well by the supervisor. Rooms are clean. Everything was in order as described by their reservation Manager Madam Bindu. I liked her clear communication. Best part is they value guest's comfort and requirements. I am definitely gonna to stay at swan suites in my next visit. Thank you
