This was excellent value for money. The room was ideal for me; breakfast was included but you could avail yourself of the food all day. Central location, all the main attractions were no more than a 30 minute walk. Access was easy; I arrived after reception hours but was sent building and hotel electronic keys in advance. I'd stay here again!

Pros: excellent central location, clean, free water bottles 24/7, coffee, tea Cons: uncomfortable mattress and pillows, cheap breakfast: no fresh bread and fresh pastries (only prepackaged bread with preserves that lasts months). Staff was friendly, but not knowledgeable. We stayed there during taxi strike and the staff didn’t warn us, and wasn’t helpful with alternative transportation recommendations. It is not a hotel. It is a residential old building with 5 rooms and tiny kitchen. For $275/night it was a disappointment.

Comfortable, updated, centrally located space near the Pantheon with hospitable and attentive service. Surprised by the great views of the Largo Argentina -- the ruins of an ancient temple and historical site. Close to public transportation and a quick walk to Trastevere. When I inquired about a particular breakfast item I like, the manager had it waiting for me the next morning.

Brilliant little studio type room with en suite. Everything you need in room. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Small little kitchen area for breakfast but very useable and has everything you need. Breakfast consists of toast, tea & coffee, yoghurts, cakes, cheese and ham. Fresh juices and free bottles of water, which is very handy when preparing to do some serious walking around Rome. Central location, very handy for getting too all attractions. All within 20mins walk from room. Would defo recommend to everyone if your planning on exploring Rome. And as a bonus theres a convinience shop below you and restaurant 1 minute away...

Great location right in middle of city, within walking distance of all the attractions. Very close to Pantheon, about 15 minutes to Colosseum, and about 25 minutes walk to Vatican City! If you are walking to Vatican City, go down to Piazza Navona, and across the square is a side street , well 2 parallel, beautiful cobbled streets full of cafes and shops that lead right to Vatican City? Saves walking along the thunderous dual carriageway that also leads there!! Rooms are faultless, stunning décor, stunning state of the art bathroom? We was in the Jade room, which overlooked the ruins where Julius Caesar was murdered?! And also the temple opposite,. There is a table and chairs in front of the window, which looks out on these. 3 large shuttered windows, so the room was so light. Wardrobes , bedside tables, beautiful state of art lighting with dimmers!! Full length mirror, everything you need in bathroom! Everything looked brand new. Brilliant shower that has 3 different water outlets, one that does your bottom half, one for middle and one for top!! Never seen this before but in genius , saves us ladies getting our hair wet!! Rooms perfectly cleaned daily, and linen changed. Plenty of tea, coffee, bread, fruits, yogurts, ham, cheese, water available all day. And a toaster coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer all in Kitchen. Jitu the receptionist is always on hand to help between 8 and 4. The only negative to this place are the hallways . As the hotel is actual on the 4th floor of a partly residential building? The hallways are dark and dingy and in real need of a coat of paint? There is a lift , but is very antiquated, so most times used the stairs!! But did actually use a couple of times and it did work fine, just a bit freaky !! All in all, would highly recommend!!
