Stepping over the vomit in the parking lot, to get to the lobby so I could wait 90 minutes, so "Bobbie" the 50ish female with short brown hair to refuse to honor my PREPAID RESERVATION, was the epitome of why this hotel should be avoided.

What a joke- one morning I was denied a bagged breakfast (consisting of a warm sunny D, a prepackaged honey bun, a granola bar) because "inventory" had already been done and even though there were 40+ bags on the counter I had not claimed it before 9:30am and so no, I could not have one. The next day I was told no, I could not have 2 bagged breakfast's because I was alone in my room and because I had not booked for 2 guests I couldn't have 2 bags-she actually said it was all inventory regulated - but the day before I didn't get my inventory regulated one bag due to a slow staff and making it to the counter at 9:45 am when breakfast stopped at 9:30 am- I witnessed the same receptionist give a long line of people 2 bags a piece without checking how many people were on their reservation!! What a horrible feeling it is to be discriminated against! Shame on Wyndham property's! ALSO Upon checking out the morning of 03/15/24 I asked for a receipt and asked when I could expect my deposit back. The receptionist made me wait while she had a maid check my room for damages, they communicated on walkie talkies and she insisted on checking the room before she'd give me a receipt. My room was cleared! I was assured my deposit for $125.00 was being released immediately, but that was a lie! Instead she charged my debit card for $73.45!! I have a receipt showing a ZERO balance owed as of checkout on 03/15/24! She documented later and after having Expedia get involved that I supposedly caused damage to a sheet, not true- as stated earlier the room was already checked and cleared! No evidence or proof of damage was ever provided, I don't sleep under the sheets at any hotel, I have always brought my own blanket and never get under the sheets anyway! This is now a huge hassle having to dispute with my bank and I'm disgusted by the property trying to get extra money in this way! How is a sheet $73.45 ANYWAY? it's a false accusation and poor business practice from Super 8 a Wyndham property!

Very good place I recommend people going here very good beds rooms guest rooms, luxury rooms good places to travel to very good breakfast. Very good customer service. I recommend this for anyone that wants to come here if you want to be here for 30 days not expensive, especially when you’re trying to stay for. It’s really good. I recommend people to stay here View patio TV with different channels even movies Internet Wi-Fi. Everything is fun in this place thank you Super 8

Very nice staff and clean place to stay. Grounds were well kept. Not the "foot" traffic you get next door. Just off the Strip about 2 blocks. Very close to the airport for Uber or Super 8 has an airport shuttle.
