Dear Friends , I am sharing my last / bad experience with this hotel property ., please don't make online payment transaction for hotel room booking. AS I had booked Hotel Asset Summit Suites-Kalmassery-Kochi and online paid Rs.2240 also but when I reported particular hotel property on 3rd Nov-2019 then I got surprise news that hotel owner has been changed and they refused to give me hotel room. In this case from last 3 month I am doing follow up to get my refund Rs.2240 but there is no result. I have contacted hotel management but they are not giving any positive feedback regarding long pending refund Rs.2240. Traveler Name -Mr.Subhash Thorat mob 9561054150

The room service is very horrible if you give order at 9 it will come at 10:30 p.m. staff doesn't know hindi I will suggest not to stay in this hotel again aur who are travelling first time in Kochin my find other hotel.

My stay in Hotel Summit Suites in Cochi, Kerala was awesome. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was good. The complimentary breakfast with idli, tea, scrambled egg toast was good. Whenever I ordered food the behaviour of the hotel staff was cordial. It was an education trip. I went alone.

Its less hotel and more of an apartment. While staying in the room gives a feeling of staying in a flat. Ok for those who wish to catch flight from Kochi International airport. Food quality is average. Staff is polite and helpful but needs to be proactive. Its a bit far from the city centre but one can board Metro from Muttom station just 5 min walking distance from the hotel.

Stayed at the Summit Suites in April with our parents and were disappointed with the state of the hotel. The rooms, equipped with kitchenette's, did not have AC and the linen was soiled. We did enjoy the delicacies on offer at breakfast though.
