Extreme noise levels from Backyard and Bar

No sleep before 01:00 in half of all the rooms facing the backyard as the noise shakes the room. Staff do not care, they care more about external guests than hotel guests. Hotel tarnishes the Hyatt brand - do not go unless you want to party with the staff until 01:00. Too bad since the location is perfect.

Prons: Good location, clean room, helpful staff. Breakfast O.K but very monotonous. Cons: View from room directly on the wall and messy backyard.

Hotel was very convenient. 1 min walk to the closest metro, and one stop from city centre. 20 min walk at most to almost anywhere else. Easy to get around anywhere from here. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. Staff was excellent. Very friendly. Helpful in helping me find different activities or stores that we wanted to do.

Once again another comfortable stay at The Story Hotel. Good standard of room , always clean and tidy, and staff always friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyable breakfast as always, fresh and lots of choice. Will be back during another business trip during 2024.
