Hotel is located next to Milan Central Station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. However, it's quite far away from all the main attractions. Nonetheless, it was very easy for us to grab taxis as they are readily available at the taxi stand at the train station. The room is a bit dated but got all the amenities we need and was clean. The check-in lobby is located below ground level so we needed to walk downstairs to check-in. However, you could ring a bell if you need assistance.

This is a classic comfortable Euro-sleek business hotel with helpful desk staff and with all the amenities -- with a high price to match -- selected for its very close proximity to the Milano Centrale rail station. I needed a reliable place to rest up before my long travel home; this property certainly delivered, though I paid excessively for the privilege. Other than the annoying room power controlled by your room key (battery-powered items stop charging whenever you leave the room), I had no complaints.

Perfectly located near the Milan train station. Very convenient to almost everything including Metro. Spotless large size room with huge bathroom. Plenty of room. Updated but still had old world charm. Comfortable linens. Breakfast was delicious. Extremely courteous guest service desk. I highly recommend this hotel for service, cleanliness and room comfort. Will definitely return!!! Not sure about Disability compliant but there are stairs to negotiate at the entrance. Still can't recommend enough!!!

First went 2006. My hotel of choice in Milan. Terrific staff. They’ve always had some excellent people working there. Especially front of house reception desk. No different this year (Dec 2023, 7 days). Staff mix first rate efficiency with genuine warmth and personal touch. Worth their weight in gold. Breakfast room staff also very efficient and friendly, It has become (like others) much more expensive in the last 2 years. As a UK national, Brexit devalued £ v € by nearly 15%. I travel there once a year for a holiday. It is getting hard to justify. Location right by station is ideal. Lovely hotel inside - no sense of it being part of a chain. Rooms high quality. Only issue: bathroom heating is on 24/7, can’t turn it down = like a sauna. My solution is to open the windows to cool the bedroom part down & then keep bathroom door shut. Others might not mind this, but I do. Add that to the prices and you might ask “why do you keep going there?”. Answer: the staff. From the moment you are greeted on arrival by some excellent people at the reception desk (there are always one or two I would poach if I were a rival hotel … no different this year) to the day you check out: 100% positive. It was no different this year. Night manager is also very good at fixing any issues. They are really are worth their weight in gold to the hotel. Were it not for them - I’d go elsewhere. Cleaners / porters also excellent. Breakfast room staff also very good & efficient/ friendly. I’d guess they are outsourced, as is the norm in the industry. But, you’d never know it! That speaks volumes about them. When people ask me “given the cost, and the issue you have with bathroom heating, why do you keep going back?” My answer is simple. “The people”. When will I go again? “Not soon enough!” Great place and even better people.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Easy access to Milano Centrale train station, and also several metro lines. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful, even accommodating a very late ckeck-in. One surprise was that the lobby reception was down a flight of stairs from street level. If there was access for handicapped, it was not readily apparent.
