Very disappointed with the hotel stay , selected the hotel based on the ratings and reviews mentioned on goibibo. We booked the luxury cottage room for 2 adults and a kid. Issues 1. Rooms are not kid friendly: The first cottage room we got had stairs inside the room to connect another cottage (stairs were without any railing), we asked them for a change in room and they provided one which even though didn't had the stairs but again had similar other issues like the bed height was too much, the bed railing is very sharp. My kid fell a couple of times during the stay 2. Low on cleanliness: the bed linen, towels all smelled and had stains all over. We asked them to replace the towels before going out the next day but they just dried them in the sun and kept them in the washroom. Water used to keep running in the flush until the knob was manually pulled everytime 3. Accessibility issues : in order to access the cottage room, you have to climb atleast 35-40 stairs in addition to taking the lift till 5th floor, imagine doing that with a 2 yr old kid 4. Inexperienced and under-trained staff which keeps telling you that there are no rooms available for you to change to, even if you want to downgrade to a lower category room which doesn't have the above issues. Pros 1. Location is decent, near to the mall road and there are a lot of eateries nearby 2. Food is also okay, but nothing that stands out

It was awesome experience and good service from staff.... The stay and hospitality was top class the hotel staff right from the reception to the room boy was very pleasing humble and cooperative... Ambience is very nice.... Overall great experience..... One of the best resort in bhagsunaag Highly recommend

Spring valley is extreme pathetic hotel, i have stayed in the hotel for 1 night during Himachal trip and remeber this as a bad experience, overall experience was too bad and including overall ambiance rooms, service, food and breakfast. Hotels rooms are not worth paying more 1000 than per night, giving a vibe of cheap lodge. These Rooms are unhygenic, and floor tiles are broken. Bathrooms are maintained very badly. We were feeling unsafe in hotel room in night. Breakfast and dinner we had in a hotel and it was tasteless and there were not many options in buffet.

It was an good experience to stay in this property. Me and my freinds enjoyed a lot, and the staff of the hotel is very nice and with the great smiling faces they have provide a great hospitality, the best thing in the hotel which is food delicious food they provided, The rooms are very comfy with the great Aminities they provide, I must say the staff is really nice of this resort. Highly recommended
