Value for money. The food buffet is just fantastic. The staff is very hospitable. Towels and bath inventory can be upgraded. The cabinet doors are good in design but may be a problem for the elderly to open. The property can included a small play area for the kids.

Known to be the star of Mysore as it’s one of the oldest star hotels in Mysore. The reservation was a nightmare as Mysore was all booked out . When I contacted southern star for reservations they promptly denied any availability and asked me to book though 3rd parties But when I checked their online reservations it was available . After booking 2 rooms at exorbitant rates the check in was not pleasant . The staff were unwelcoming and did nothing more to make our stay comfortable . The rooms were well maintained and comfortable although the linens were smelling used . The pool access in the ground floor was through the lobby which was rather uncomfortable with all guests crowding at the elevator The breakfast was not included for the price paid . The location is excellent . Close to all attractions . I want to find good things to say but was a bit disappointed with the hospitality .

Excellent ambience and courteous staff. The hotel is in the vicinity of popular tourist spots in Mysuru. Swimming pool, Gym facilities are good. The hotel campus is spacious and all amenities are good. There is ample parking space for vehicles.
