Sorry to say this but the rating 8.7 it's totally not worth it for the place u paying for.. 1st day of my stay room look haunted and very old room. 2nd day air conditioning not working and need to change the room and the WIFI totally not stable... Even the place is good location but I feel there is other good hotel value for the price of paying. I will not chose anymore or recommend this hotel to anyone rating I can say is 1/0

Wonderful location, very good ameneties and excellent courtesy from the staff. By mistake there was an overcharge in the bill and I too paid it without checking. But thanks to the fron line desk people, the error was noticed, sorted out and the refund was made to me promptly.

Am very regular to this Hotel few years back.. I stopped coming due to some renovation.. Now recently visited this hotel and stayed for 03 Nights.. Entrance of the hotel has changed.. New Lobby on the first floor to meet visitors.. Breakfast is excellent,, Have plenty of menus.. New restaurant with lot of new menus available for dine in... Friendly reception staff..Rooms are quiet good with decent amenities with NEW AC, Had a Wonderful Sleep all three nights..... Location is highlight.. walk able distance to Nalli, Kumaran, RMKV, Saravana, Jewellery, Local Bazaar Etc.... Over all My staff was entirely good. Thanks Southern Crest and Team.
