Excellent service from all staff right from security and front desk to room service and house keeping. It was a 15 days stay and i loved every bit of it. Though the location is not perfect, but the best thing is that the staff are extremely courteous.

Satisfying Staycation for Family in the Heart of Jakarta

Booked a 3-bedroom for a family of 4. The space was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was very helpful for family use. The check in was very nice and thorough. Online food delivery can either be picked up at the lobby/front desk or be brought up to your room. Staff was very nice helping our luggage. Housekeeper was very quick in delivering our towel and other bathroom request. The swimming pool was the highlight. The sauna is the cherry on top. Did not use breakfast so can't comment. Location is near Senayan, but it was very quiet thus good for staycation.

We spent two years here in Jakarta and that was the right decision to choose this apartment. Everything was great, the apartment itself had everything we needed, really clean as well, the team was lovely, the surrounding area, the pool was huge. Could not recommend enough! It is one big happy family here and they will definitely go above and beyond to make you feel at home away from home. Very happy with our stay here for two years, I would recommend this apartment and we would stay here again!

A home for 2 years

We as a family lived for two years in the apartment and we didn't regret it. It is a nice well located apartment building with good access to the main places in Jakarta the streets around have not the heavy traffic of other areas. And the building surroundings are still a bit green. We passed seamless earthquakes, voting riots, energy black-outs, floods and the corona times in this apartment complex. All the time we felt safe and well cared of all the incredible things which happened during this period of stay in Jakarta. The facility is very good managed, clean and the staff is very very supportive. Power shortages of the city have not really an impact on the building. To the amenities of the apartment complex belong a great (big) pool, where you don't feel to be in Jakarta and a nice good equipped gym. Especially we miss the very good front desk, which supports and helps during all times and circumstances. If you search a full equipped home for a certain time to work in Jakarta from my point of view this is the best place to be. Yes, there are more posh buildings or apartments but if you search something quite, safe, well managed and have less traffic stress that is the place to be. Thx for to the team for making this such a great home for us.
