A decent average hotel for a day's stay. The rooms are average and not super clean. The a/c was an old one with switches broken. They should maintain it well. We did not have food here, just stayed and went out for other things.

It was excellent place to stay with family , helpful staff and clean environment. It also very near by dwarka and nageshwar temple and easy access to auto, i will definitely recommend to stay once....!!

Hotel Is To Good. nice location . Near At Railway Station Walking Distance. Big Room And Clean Room. 2 Km Distance Main Mandir Dwarka . But Staff Service Is not Good. Improve You Staff Service . .........

One of the worst hotel in Dwarka, we checked in on 25th July at 03pm, the first impression is gone very bad, we booked one room for 2 people and we have some guest with to meet us, they reception staff ask all the person have to pay who will go to room, even though we paid the same. Once we entered in the room we asked for water to drink after one hour the boy came with a jog filled only a glass of water, than we asked for water but not given, secondly water was not available in washrooms, we complained but they told us water is not available due to mantainence, than we decided to check out immediately without washing our face as well, very arrogant and rude behaviour staff at reception, they treated us like hell, dear travellers Please avoid to book this hotel, please check everything before booking, it's completely wastage of money. We had a nine month infant with us even they don't have humanity to care as a part of hospitality, fan not working, AC not available, lift not working, TV not working. Worst hotel very very arrogant people at reception. Avoid to book this hotel.

New Hotel in initial stage of operation with untrained lousy staffs. We reached their at 7am & all the staffs were sleeping though we booked the hotel just for day use. The first impression was very bad. Room provided was not clean, they cleaned when we complaint. Room was ok. Can be used for day use as the location is not far away to temple.
