Stayed 2 weeks in March this year. Our 2nd time at this hotel. Another great experience. Close to the beach and well located for lots of great restaurants. Thanks to the owners Lester and Alisha and all their fantastic staff for making us feel so welcome. Can’t wait to return in November.

What a special place to stay! I’m writing this review on our balcony having a refreshment before we head out, Alisha & Lester gave us a 1000 rupees to write a good review (joking 😂) On arriving at the hotel we had an issue with the taxi driver from Goa Miles but Alisha came out to assist and it was quickly sorted and it was very much appreciated. The hotel is classed as a 2 star but Alisha, Lester & all the staff make it a 5 star experience, yes the rooms are basic but have air con, a fan, a fridge, a tv with multiple channels & kept spotlessly clean by Jai who is a lovely guy and is always smiling & is a credit to the hotel. There is a small swimming pool at the hotel but we only used it a couple of times as we used the beach most days but it nice for a dip. There was a small selection for breakfast with eggs any way you like them, toast, fruit, fruit juice, tea & coffee which was perfectly fine for us but you could pay on top for English breakfast if you preferred. A special shout out to two guys who work at the hotel that we had the pleasure of meeting, Prim & Max, you’re fantastic guys, keep smiling & delivering the customer service that makes you both a huge asset to the hotel. Finally to Alisha & Lester, you are such lovely people & so approachable, you go out of your way to make your guests feel special & that is a sign of a great hotel. We went as a group of friends, some of us had been before. Some of us were new to the experience. The hotel was lovely. With respect the rooms are basic but are clean and tidy. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. Great little fridge to keep water cool. Safe was easy to use. TV had hundreds of indian channels 🤣 The hotel staff are lovely. They always have a smile and a chat with you. They are very helpful and get to learn your names - and vice versa. As has been said before quite a lot of the rooms face beach road. It can be noisy with the hustle and bustle of people, dogs, mopeds, tuk tuks and cars. The usual horns sounding. But it goes quieter later in the evening. It’s all part of the experience. You can people/dog watch and get ‘good mornings’ from the shop owners as you sip coffee on your balcony. The hotel is linked to the Angaara BBQ Grill and Kickass Sportsbar. This is where you can watch 9 TV screens and drink and eat some amazing things. The strawberry daiquiri is amazing. There is entertainment on some evenings but watch out for the karaoke as it can be painful 🤣🤣 The bar staff are great and make sure your glass is never empty. Alisha and Lester are lovely and on the ball. Really helpful and obliging. There is a pool and some quieter rooms but i did not experience these so cannot comment. When we left we were waved off by the staff who came to shake hands. Lovely people. And a funny moment. There is a bag shop adjoining the bar. Even the bag-shop guy came out to shake hands 🤣🤣 The girls obviously spent with him 🤣🤣 We will certainly be back with our gang. Rob & Angela xx

What a great little hotel as soon as we got there and met Alisha you knew it was going to be a great place. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the wonderful staff at the great hotel rooms were small but nice and clean if it’s a budget hotel this is the place with a great restaurant joined to it. It as its own little pool area and in easy reach from the beach and all shops and restaurants on the main road. Was our third time in candolim and first at this hotel but won’t be the last. Overall a great 2 weeks was had by all would definitely recommend

Nice hotel , conveniently located on beach road Staff were lovely, nothing was to much trouble I had problems sleeping with the mattress and they changed it twice for me until I was happy 😃 The rooms were clean , and towels changed daily . Food was good and we did have meals there other than breakfast have to say the eggs were always nice It was nice to hear that lots of people return year after year, and Alisha and Lester are a lovely couple .
