I have booked this hotel for 3 nights stay in Bangkok with my husband and our daughter for this visit. Initially, we have actually booked a deluxe room, but upon check-in, they swiftly upgraded us to club floor. Wow, the room was big and beautiful It comes with a bedroom with a Connor of living room, toilet and the bed was super King and very comfortable. From Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, Security, Room Service and Cafe staffs, all are always on a smile and very friendly. Make our stay very welcoming especially Ms. Napussawan Tina your Guest Experience Manager. She’s extremely helpful, very thoughtful and very kind to our daughter and us. It's very impressive. The hotel location is the best only 5 minutes from the BTS and every shopping mall. It's very convenient. The walk back to the hotel in the night, and even on dark pathways it's still safe and easy to walk back. Breakfast was full spread and delicious. Chefs too a good effort to change the daily dishes and the service is very friendly. My family enjoyed our stay very much with Siam at Siam Bangkok and I would strongly recommend all my friends to this hotel in Bangkok.

The hotel located in a very convenient area. Very good for shopping and explore the city. We love that it's very close to the skytrain and all shopping malls. The rooms were amazing, we love the bed and pillow so much. The staff here was the best especially Tina and Tanya. Thank you for such a wonderful take care.

Nice room. Fancy outdoor swimming pool on 11th floor. Very nice people. Great service and support by staff. Breakfast and dinner were a feast! Good location for tourists in Bangkok. The only shortcoming was the weak wifi signal in our room. The room was at the end of the floor and the signal was much better closer to the reception. We will book Siam@Siam again when we are going to Bangkok next time.

Hotel is located in the best area and it is a right destination for shoppers and travelers. Taxi, skytrain and tuk tuk is everywhere but make sure you contact hotel staff concierge to help you talk to them to avoid the scams!!! We love breakfast at chim chim so much because of the atmosphere and the decoration. The room is nice and big but the soundproof is not really good at all. Anyway what we love the most is service from the team TINA and YONG in particular. They are very helpful and friendly. Especially Tina she's very sweet and funny and really good in English!!! I'm amazed. We will come back again soon. With love xoxo

we had a good stay for our vacation trip. it‘s a good location to calm down after city viewing, have a bath in the pool to cool down and close the day with some nice meals and a view over parts of the city.
