Thank to chef Badri for the amazing food and hospitality

Overall had a bad experience due to the pick up concern however some of the staff were very helpful and I would like to specially thank chef Badri. He prepared something which was non spicy. When I informed him that the food was spicy he quickly made something which was non spicy. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

The best service i ever had in my life and the staff over here is the most sweetest and kind hearted person cz they treated me sooo well that I am never going to forget. Keep growing. And i really wish this staff is never gonna change cz I like the way they treat people. I really wish this staff grow more and more in there life and I wish to visit this hotel again ❤️

Located just after the Sadahalli toll gate travelling 7/8 kms from airport, it suffices the needs of business travellers. The room was spacious and all standard necessities were provided. Breakfast was ok but I did not try out anything else. There is nothing close by for an evening outing by walk. This hotel has another sister concern called Shivas Galaxy which is new and close by. The only nuisance is that the road leading from the main road to the hotel is a dirt track and not suitable for walking. Don't know why this stretch has not been done up. It is worth staying here if your area of work is close by. Room rate was reasonable for the amenities provided. A compact gym is there to stay fit.

Raja the chef did an amazing job. Was so much food to choose from. Food was very tasty and was a great experience to try some many local dishes and staff were very helpful and polite. Will be coming again very soon. All our fellow travellers also had a great experience.
