This is my third review for my seventh stay in this hotel. I am writing this review to note that the hotel rooms have been beautifully refurbished to be more modern and high end. The wooden floor is amazing. A nespresso machine has been added along with the normal tea and coffee facilities, and the minibar quality has been upgraded. The bathroom now has a walk-in shower instead of the outdated tub and its glass wall has been permanently frosted so it’s now private and not exposed like before. The lobby and the public areas are still undergoing refurbishment which will hopefully finish within this year as confirmed by one of the staff. Amazing hotel, amazing staff and amazing location as always. Will always be my top choice in Dubai. Special thanks to Ramadan and Sami. Thank you for taking time reading my review. My room was freshly renovated with modern touches. I had a beautiful view overlooking Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa, and the landscaped roundabouts. Depek was my housekeeper and he was professional and friendly and my room was always up to par and perfect! This hotel has a beautiful, newly remodeled Club Lounge, with an excellent staff and delicious food at happy hour. They have a saxophone player some nights also. The staff at breakfast downstairs is very accommodating as well. The jacuzzi and steam room in the ladies spa are also fantastic!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. The drinks was brilliant. In the breakfast sheik ( I hope I wrote the name correct) was very friendly and fast, whatever we needed he will saticficed us. I wanna say thanks to mona, my grandma needed wheelchair, she gave it us. It was a old man with glasse ( sorry I dont know his name) he was very friendly, i saw him everyday in lobby and whatever we need s.th he will gave us. Thank you to the hotel and manager It was a very good experience

We usually never stay at the same hotel multiple times for leisure - only out of necessity (like airport hotels) - but Sheraton Mall of the Emirates holds a special place in our hearts. - Positives: —————— + Excellent communication with reservations & concierge before we arrived for a family trip where we celebrated multiple milestones. + Location is very convenient and the skyline view from the restaurant was incredible. + Rooms are large, comfortable and even more refined after a recent renovation. + Fantastic breakfast spread (we only had it once). + Attentive, caring, wonderful staff who truly accommodated us. Shout outs to: Amina (reception), Ramadan (reception), Momin (concierge), Dipok (room servicing), Arafat (restaurant), Sami (hospitality), and Umar (reservations). There were some others but we unfortunately could not catch their names. + A particularly loud shout out to Mohamed Shawan (concierge) who helped us out with many things across multiple stays. + Issues with room (fridge problems, small leak) resolved rapidly. Negatives: ——————— - The gorgeous ground floor lobby was being renovated during our trip :( (but it's another excuse to return when it's done). - During an essential journey, one of the hotel chauffeurs confidently misled us about some facilities he said he was very familiar with. We elected to call his bluff and were proved right - will be reporting this to hotel as it was the standout negative part of the experience (especially relative to everything else). Reflections: ———————— > Missed the bathtubs from before the renovation but we can see why they might not be that useful in a hot country. Good to know: —————————— > Take advantage of the Carrefour in Mall of the Emirates (around a 5-7 minute walk) to stock up on snacks and sundries, or for even better value, head over to LuLu Supermarket about 10 minutes away by driving. Google Maps suggests it’s also a 10 minute walk but it’s not that straightforward. > The hotel's 7-seaters were a good bargain for longer day trips (at least in reducing uncertainty with a Careem/Uber ride) and we could choose which vehicle to use (subject to availability). - * Opinions are my own and reflect the experience I personally had at that point in time - it does not invalidate what other reviewers experienced*

Very good hotel, beautiful new rooms, lobby still being refurbished but will be amazing. The staff is very good, special thanks to the check in staff, Tariq who helps with the bags, Sami with his great coffee and dates, and Abbas, Sohel and Arshad, the fantastic crew from the club lounge (brand new and excellent). I recommend it !
