The only good thing about this hotel is its location as you literally walk down to the mall road. But this is its negative as well as the path to the hotel is very steep and need good stamina to climb up to it. Even taking the car to hotel is a challenge because its very steep and if you are going there by a sedan or small hatchback, surely you'll smoke the clutch. There are no lifts to take you to the lake view or duplex rooms, so thats another climb. They do provide shuttle to pick you from the mall road to the hotel but that is till 9pm only. Rooms were clean but room service was poor - we asked for morning tea in room which was never sent. Kettle in the room was not working, we literally had to make 2-3 phone calls to housekeeping and front desk as water in the bathroom stopped coming. They filled their tanks and then the water came; imagine you are sitting on the commode and no water. Overall, this property doesn't justify the price premium it charges just for the location.

The staff was good. But its overpriced. Room condition was not at all according to the price charged. Broken n stinking electric kettle was provided, when asked to change, they changed, bt again broken. We had booked a room with ectra bedding but inspite of charging they provided us with just a bedding on the floor for kids no folding beds although its quite cold in winters for kids Although they are charging so much but very low quality toiletries were provided .

Hello, Seasons resort is an excellent property to stay in Nainital. Its a premium property with best view of the lake town. Naini Lake and the Mall road are very close from the property and also the property maintains its own privacy and calmness. Hotel is very well maintained and rooms are very clean and tidy. I would say, the hotel serves the best food in the town. Perfect spread for Breakfast and Dinner. Good service in the dining area by Mr Kuldeep ji and team. Ever smiling reception team led by Ruhi and excellent coordination for bookings by Aprajita from reservations team. Also thanks to Aprajita for suggesting your property Xomotel in Raniket which has an amazing view.
