Excellent location. Ideal for families wishing to stay in the heart and cleanest part of Mumbai. Stone's throw away from Gateway of India, Nariman Point, Marine Drive. Stayed in one of the Sea Facing rooms. Great view from the room. Room nice and clean with all amenities. Clean washroom/bathroom. Very polite and helpful staff at the Ground Floor restaurant. Was pleasantly surprised by the tariff. And then woefully disappointed by the property which was being neglected; No toiletries, Plastic spoons with tea/coffee, No exhaust in toilet, Unmanageable AC settings, .... Very Poor Room Service. Room refrigerator empty! Overall, a budget stay at super premium location with unpleasant experience!

Its always tough to choose a place in Coloba especially when you are first timer to Mumbai. After a lot of search in aggregator websites we went to book 2 suites and 1 room for a family trip. The location is spot-in, just on the shore walkable distance from Gateway of India. We were lucky to get room with a view onlooking the Arabian sea (posted the pic as well). Budget wise its little over my expectations. Food is fine.
