Dear Srinivasa, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service and experience during my recent stay at the Royalton Hotel. I checked in on Saturday morning, [1.6.2024], availing the early bird check-in service for which I paid additional charges. However, my experience was far from satisfactory for several reasons: 1. **Room Discrepancy**: I booked a Junior Suite as per the details on your website, but I was allocated a standard room. This is not only a misrepresentation but also a breach of trust. 2. **Hygiene and Cleanliness**: The room I was given was not hygienic or clean. I had to request housekeeping to clean the room, and this task was handled by Ms. Mamta. This not only consumed a significant portion of my stay but also negated the purpose of the early check-in for which I paid extra charges. 3. **Overall Service Quality**: The overall quality of service during my stay was far below the standards expected of a hotel of your repute. Given these issues, I request you to review the CCTV footage from the civilian cameras to corroborate my claims. The lack of proper service and the misallocation of the room have greatly impacted my stay, making it the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. I expect a thorough investigation into this matter and an appropriate response addressing the following: - A detailed explanation for the room discrepancy. - Justification for the poor cleanliness and delayed housekeeping service. - Compensation for the inconvenience caused and the additional charges incurred for early check-in. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter. Your immediate attention to this complaint would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your time and understanding.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The room was good with plenty of space. Hotel staffs are helpful specially receptionist Amit Saini Ji who helped us in smooth processing during check-in. Food of their restaurant is delicious. We highly recommend this hotel.

It was a nice stay at Hotel Royalton. House keeping, cleaning, food facility and environment is excellent. Hotel Front office staff is very Cooperative. Especially Mrs.Mona has supported us a lot. She joined us to celebrate my Wife's Birthday and had a fun.Overall it was fantastic a experience.
