My husband and I were in Brussels for 5 nights for our honeymoon in April, 2024. We had a great time at this hotel. In fact, this may have been one of the highlights of the trip. Comfortable beds, bathtub with hot water, great hospitality and room service... We would 100% stay here again if we go back to Brussels. It's about a 5 minute walk from the train station, 2 minute walk from Grand Place, central to SO MUCH. Best location in my option. Close enough to get to everything but far enough to not hear a lot of noise. Thank you to the staff for making our honeymoon so wonderful.

One of my worst experiences

One of the worst experience that I had in the past 10 years. We came from a long trip and they told us first that the rooms are not ready & we need to check in at 15:00, which is normal. We came back again and until 17:30 we didn’t checked in and their reason was that the system and credit cards machines are both down, the hotel should take full responsibility for both of them. They told us that we need to wait more until the issue is fixed, which they don’t have any solution for it on that moment. We told them that this is unacceptable for us and they need to find another way, at least we can check in to our rooms & complete the other needed procedures when the system is back on, since we already paid the full amount in advance before our arrival. They were strict with saying “you need to just wait, and we cannot do anything”. Even when their manager (Corentin) came he said “you don’t have any other option other than waiting !”. He dealt with the problem as if it was our mistake. They are not flexible at all & no one will compensate you if anything went wrong from their side. The staff should be more professional when dealing with customers & they need to know what are they doing. Overall, worst experience I had in Europe.

The hotel was good and comfortable. It had a detailed and good breakfast and an excellent location. It was also very close to the train station. We arrived earlier than the scheduled time, but the room was ready, and we checked in. Upon arrival, an amount is taken as a guarantee for potential expenses and is refunded at check-out. Additionally, taxes are collected at check-out. Overall, it was good, and I would recommend it.

A great place for a city break

We were on a city break of 2 nights to the city. We were recommended this great hotel right beside Gare Central and it certainly lived up to what we expected . And just a short walk to Grand Place. Everything in the hotel was perfect with super efficient and friendly staff. Kleq you do a great job keeping everything flowing at the front desk. Our friends are visiting the city shortly and we will certainly recommend they stay there. Thank you Warwick

Beware the €100 they take

As so many others have mentioned we also experienced that the €100 you pay at check in is actually taken from your card, not reserved - as is normal practice with hotels. Very bad practice that causes a lot of people a lot of hassle to get their money back. They blamed it on our bank! Location of hotel is excellent for Central Station and Grand Place. Premium room was a little dated, things not being restocked, and breakfast selection was a bit basic. Despite brilliant location, no return for us to this hotel.
