On the plus side, there are new appliances throughout the apartment as well as basic foodstuffs in the kitchen area. Also, it is centrally located; but it is difficult to find. The entrance is in the back of a crowded souvenir shop and there is no street sign. There is no natural light and noise from the shop downstairs is loud. The apartment was listed as ground level, but it was up a flight of stars. Not what I expected. I want to include that, although it is the same address, the photos on Tripadvisor look NOTHING like the place I stayed.

If you are looking for a cosy place, sparking clean, located in the midst of the old town, with a great view and great hosts, then you arrived at the perfect location. The apartment is completely furnished in a modern way, all the utilities are in perfect conditions, huge bath tub, smart tv, high speed internet, huge king size bed. Just bring your good mood and the rest is taken care of by the great, welcoming hosts. I look forward to visiting the Royal Road Apartments soon. Book it with confidence.

I stayed in the Royal Road Residence with my mom in november. Its amazing location, you can literally get to all main attractions by walking. The old Town Square is just 6 mins walking!!! When you come there is a small sign and you should ring the bell to come inside. Reception is in the 1st floor. The staff were very friendly and caring and offered us some hot drinks. We asked them to give us room with balconu and we were so lucky they still got one! The view was AMAZING!! The only thing it was a little bit noisy during weekend because the crowd never finishes on this street. Breakfast was good, specially fresh waffles with chocolate. We stayed for a week and the cleaning was done twice. I will definately come back to this family residence once I am in Prague.

This residence is everything you could ask for when visiting Prague. Centrally located made it perfect for evening walks to the river and finding small,quaint cafes to relax after discovering kilometers of this wonderful city. I cannot say enough about the staff that welcome me when I arrived, never did I expect this stay to feel so homey and warm. They made delicious home-made waffles every morning that wafted through-out the whole building and made you excited to start your new day in a new city! Really, I cannot say enough about the hospitality and attentive care I received when staying here- they show the best care for their guests!
