A very quick and good service was provided by Raghu and shubham for both the dinner and breakfast. Hotel services were good and we enjoyed or one week stay very comfortably. Also the chefs cooked very delicious food and a wide variety of food was available both the time.

Worst stay in my life of this hotel. There are cockroaches in the room and bathroom as well. The mini bar refrigerator is like mini cabinet. does not cool your water bottle as well. They charge soft drink 600 ml can for Rs.80/- , MRP was Rs. 40/- from mini bar. Same item you order from IN room dining menu and they charge Rs.285/- . Hotel is very greedy to charge guest. Even on top of it they charge 5% Staff Contribution and In room dining 10% without let guest know about it. When I asked one of the housekeeping and security employee about Staff Contribution charges, they denied that they don't get it. It goes to management pocket. (What a un ethical business) One of the front desk employee name is Minal (I believe) was very unprofessional , uneducated in customer service and rude with guests. Her explanation about extra charges was that it was owner decision. Please any of you go in that area never ever stay in this hotel even they offer free room. There is a other hotel next to it. which is much better.

The entire experience was overall very good , but as we shift to the point of rooms , it stinks a bit , and the A.C also doesn't work properly , these are the only two main concerns , THANK YOU ! the people who helped us the most ( narayan , Sandeep and Ankit ) .

Very good experience with stay arrangements. Would request others to visit. Narayan, Rizwan, Raghu, Uday, Nikhil, Gaurav, Subhash were fantastic. Room was ok, food was good. I stayed with my family. Staff is always in helping mood. Nice experience.
