The manager and the staff are very insensitive. They are rude and illogical. Never book again from this pathetic hotel. They charge you based on your urgency and behave very insensitive while talking. Hotel should fire the receptionist and the manager. They are degrading the values only

The stay was very good, staff was friendly and polite, parking was available, rajasthani cuisine is there with good flavours, rooms size is good and is comfortable for 4people including extra bed. Owner was very helpful in giving advice. Overall great experience

Hotel is good but food is an issue at this price.breakfast is not buffet.price looks high and no parking during day time.p rice is at premium but it doesn't offer all the facilities. Disappointed with breakfast they offer.

Highly recommended place to stay. Very hygienic spacious rooms, proper maintenance and good staff made this space cool for short stays. We were there on Dev Diwali festival and pleasant stay at Royal make it more special.

I stayed in this hotel in month of November, 2016. Our stay was pretty short for one night only. Hotel staff is courteous, Room service was good, had no issues at all. Rooms are quiet and looks new from inside. Price wise you won't feel overcharged for this property. Location wise this hotel is not very much close to all ghats, lanka, or Kashi Vishwanath temple. You will need 20-30 min in day time traffic to reach those places from hotel. So keep this in mind. However overall I will suggest this hotel for fellow travelers.
