The rooms are small but perfectly formed, they have everything you need. Reception staff were always friendly. Decent selection at breakfast and constantly refilled so no waiting. The shower head was fixed to the wall at a strange angle so the water went over the door and flooded the bathroom, had to aim it at the wall and hold it in your hand to rinse off. Great location for exploring the city, just a quick walk to Wenceslas square and a metro station 5 min walk away.

Room was small but adequate, if we were staying for longer than a few nights we would have liked a larger room and more space for clothes but it served it's purpose for us and was clean. Ai and the other staff in reception were very nice and made good recommendations for dining

Room was clean, comfortable and warm. Had a safe, fridge, kettle (cups, coffee, tea, glasses), TV with BBC and sky news channels . Also had a hanging area - possibly could've benefited with drawers depending on length of stay. Breakfast room was clean, had a nice collection of food and drink available, which set us up for the day. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Quiet location and although not right in the city centre, we used the tram/bus/metro day tickets to get around.

We stayed at this hotel during a mid week break. The hotel its self is lovely. Very clean and modern. The receptionists were very helpful when we needed anything. However, we were sold this hotel as a “city centre hotel”, it definitely isn’t in the city centre. The hotel is about a 35 minute walk from the main part of Prague or 500czk in a taxi. Breakfast was minimal, standard European breakfast. The hotel room was very noisy at night because it is located right next to the hospital and police station. There were emergency service sirens heard at all hours which kept us awake late and woke us up early. Hotel is advertised as a 4 star but I would say it’s more a 3.

We have just returned home after a wonderful stay at the hotel, wonderful staff, room was small but had everything we needed, I would definitely go again in a heartbeat. Breakfast was plentiful too and tasty and the location was good for all parts of this beautiful city
