Worst Room condition. Linens are not wash. Lot of hairs on bed. Lot of strains in bathroom. Hot water available only one hour in 1 day. No Kettle. There is no amenities. There is no shops and hotels near, only thing is Rose garden is near that's all. Totally the experience was very bad Only goodness is staffs are good.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Ooty Upon arrival I Were warmly welcomed by the staffs and general manager Mr. shakool And Mr. Hameed. Actually I Would like To share my personal Experience when I was stayed in the hotel :- 1. Rooms Are Really Great with good basic amenities and clean 2. Room services are available for 24/7 they are really approachable for guest 3. Hotel Managers Mr. shakool and Mr. hammed are always reachable to the guest queries and they are always there to give the support to the guest . 4. I would like to include the room services staff names ( Rakesh , Manju , bavasa raj ) these peoples are all rounder for the hotel property for 24/7. 5. The Hotel Property Facing to one of the beautiful park (Botanical garden) from the hotel property . It has the easy access from the hotel property to view the beauty of the flowers blossoms from the balcony and terrace of the hotel property 6. The hotel Property covers with the Good parking space for the cars for the guest Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the Hotel managers Mr Shakool and Mr. Hammed who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Im sure within 5 years this hotel property will be in 4/5-star hotel i wish all the very best for their hardwork and intiative steps in the hotel

We were stayed in rose park residency hotel for 1 night. During our stay at the hotel they were provided good service. The location is just walkable distance from rose Garden. The rooms were clean, staffs were polite, room service was quick. The parking is provided but no sufficient space for parking. There are two ways to hotel, one goes through government property. So make sure while traveling to the hotel you are not in goverment property, because they will charge for parking. Overall it was nice stay and we will visit again.

A very good hotel to stay with family and kids. The hotel staffs were very friendly and treated us really well. The rooms were cozy and clean. Dedicated geaser (water heater) was available to provide hot water all the time. The entrance to the car parking could be improved. Overall, it was a great stay at Rosepark Residency at Ooty.

Good stay, polite staff. Felt little overpriced when booked through make mytrip. Very close to Rose garden and excellent view from room. The attached restuarant has decent options however the reception and restuarant area looks little untidy.
