We have been enjoying this wonderful boutique hotel for 15+ years. After our first pandemic visit we are very pleased that it’s previous freshness and comfort have been meticulously maintained. The quiet yet centric location is hard to beat.

Lovely hotel in great location. Really easy to get to everywhere in Madrid. We walked everywhere, but hotel very close to metro and taxi rank. Staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. Had a very small issue in the room (broken tile) and the staff were brilliant in their response. Breakfast was also good

We returned here after an absence of a few years to celebrate my husband’s special birthday and so happy we did so. It has been a few years since we last stayed and the excellent standard of service has only improved. All members of staff at reception are welcoming, professional and friendly. Housekeeping should be commended, our rooms were spotless, the white bedding crisp and comfortable. The little touches that are usually only found in the smaller hotel are very much appreciated. A little gem in the heart of Madrid, in our favourite part of the city, literally 2 minutes walk from Opera metro and the bustling, vibrant heart of this fabulous city. Excellent value for money! The ‘standard’ room is lovely, it may be a little noisier but the street view rooms are far better. Previous reviews have mentioned the bin collection noise but it lasts moments and a part of life in a busy city, it has to be done whilst the roads are quieter. A mild inconvenience. We will be back very soon and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you Room Mate for a fabulous stay. The McLeod family

A two star hotel but deserves much more. This was my second visit in Madrid and stayed in the same hotel. Very friendly, attentive reception staff. Can not say the same about the girl at breakfast time though. The breakfast had quite enough choices, very satisfied. Very clean rooms, suitable location.
