We stayed one night in a two double bed larger studio. There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom. There were onion peels in one of the kitchen drawers. The kitchen area had a strange smell. The television reception and picture quality was awful. There was no hot water in the bathroom faucet. Our room was in need of an update and was beat up looking in places. There was not much food left for breakfast when we arrived at 9:45 on Sunday morning. There was no milk left for coffee either. The dining area was stifling and was 84° according to the thermostat. Upon checkout I told the woman at the desk about the ant problem. She was very pleasant and apologetic about our experience. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant as well. My daughter is a college student nearby, but unfortunately we will not be staying at this location again. If we didn't check in so late on Saturday night, I would have left and gone elsewhere.

Convenient location - easily accessible from Manchester and surrounding towns. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise no complaints. Good place to stay if you are in the area.

We had been driving for many hours and chose here to stop. The front desk staff was very kind and efficiently checked us in. Our room was nothing to really speak of because we asked for the cheapest. But the bed was one of the most comfortable we slept in on our whole trip north. the breakfast was great and we were very happy with this hotel.

Overall, it's a very nice hotel with clean rooms. Great location near restaurants and the mall. We always have a great stay when we come here. The only issue that we had this time around was when we tried to check out at 3:30 in the morning. The gentleman who was supposed to be working was asleep in the office. This happens last time that we stayed a year ago and try to check out at the same time in the morning. Not the biggest deal in the world, but it would have been nice to have gotten a receipt for the parking. Speaking of the parking, I wasn't expecting there to be a parking fee, especially when I booked it on Priceline. There was no mention of it or anything. According to the sign it had started in August and I booked the hotel room in July. And it was a little unfair that I was forced to pay the parking when it wasn't told to meet up front when they made the reservation.

Hotel was fantastic. Upon arrive we were allowed to upgrade our room for £10pp to a studio flat. We were all very impressed with the quality of the room, bed kitchen bathroom and living space. The bed was like being on cloud 9, we had two TVs in the flat which could be connected via Bluetooth to play music which was great fun. And there was plentiful storage for clothes. Every day we had staff coming to our door to ask if we wanted our room cleaning or towels replacing, all very freindly and polite. In general all the staff were so helpful, treat us all like we were respected and important, very willing to provide help and advice. The location of the hotel was 10minutes from the train station, in a very nice area (saw plenty of Aston Martins!), out of the way enough to be close to the city and yet far enough out the way to be quite a tranquil place to be. I will defiantly be back soon, enjoyed every minute.
