I came to visit Seattle at a business conference. This hotel has excellent customer service and very comfortable modern rooms. The employees of Renaissance always offer assistance when they see you on the ground floor. Great location for the surrounding downtown area. I did not try room service for a meal option. But I had breakfast inside the hotel's restaurant, The Fig & The Judge. Great customer service and healthy quality food. Yum! I will definitely look into booking this hotel on a future trip. I travel to Seattle often and I have stayed at this hotel several times. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are dated with old air conditioners that rumble all night long. During my last (and final) stay, I had a terrible service experience with the hotel manager Andrea. So many great places to stay in Seattle, find another hotel.

An amazing experience! I stayed for an extended period and cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are truly superb. At breakfast, I noticed that staff were anticipating customers' needs, very attentive and also very friendly. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with healthy options, together with a full range of hot and cold items. The waffle maker was a treat. At the front desk, Sam leads an incredible team who are always smiling and ready to assist. I interacted with them a few times with regards to my stay and always was dealt with very professionally. The housekeeping team were also really good. Always kept the room very clean on the occasions that I used the service. I also availed the laundry service and it was brought back to my room same day, very efficient! The location is also excellent. Many downtown sights are walkable, like 5th Avenue Theater, Westlake Center and First Hill/Capitol Hill. The stadiums are also a 20 minute walk so this is an ideal hotel if you are here for a sports event or a trip to the theater. You can tell this is a well-managed hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean, comfortable, and nice amenities. Great cocktails and friendly staff. There's always snacks in the lobby and water to grab on your way in or out. I've seen some complaints about the area and homeless, but I never felt unsafe. I assume this is why the price is a little less than competitors. I'm staying again in a month.
