Everything , we had decided before to make a booking and do it while we were at the property. When we arrived there we had been informed that they don't have any room available ( on booking.com showing that we can book , luckily we did not as was a headache to get our money back ) next day we book it in advance and arrive at the property . The room was on the top floor which was extremely hot on the corridor . After entering in the room the toiletries were not placed , found plenty of hair ( bathroom bed floor towels ) , and towels were dirty . The staff was looking that they don't enjoy to work there at all . You could book breakfast in advance on booking.com but we did not and went the next day to have breakfast only to be informed that they don't serve breakfast. Overall, I don't recommend to stay at this property.

Great value for money. Nice room, cold air conditioning and plenty to places for eat around. The location is pretty convenient nearby the phuket town roundabout. Considering the price you will hardly find anything better in this area. Recommended

Fairly basic chain hotel. We found a lot to do in the immediate area, but the beach was a taxi ride away. Staff is very helpful and we had occasion to ask a lot of questions, even late at night. Everything is clean and in good repair. We booked again.

the hotel was renamed to "Recenta Style" just a few weeks ago. for the price it's a good place. basic, but clean and easy to find. shower is just a part of the toilet with no shower curtain or glass for separation so the entire toilet gets wet, if that matters to some. the immediate area has next to nothing, except for a decent japanese sushi bar serving sushi and bento sets. for anything else at all, walk about 40 mins into charming phuket town. you don't have to get all the way into town, cos 2/3 of the way there's shops for breakfast, coffee, desserts. across the canal in front of the hotel there's a restaurant that operates till late with really loud singing, so the rooms facing the back would be a lot better. didn't use the pool cos it's on the ground floor sandwiched into a very small space in the shadows of the buildings all around so anything outside of the 1-hour window right in the middle of the day it gets absolutely no sun. the shuttle bus runs 4-5 times a day to town, you have to reserve a spot in advance, and unsure why it takes 40 mins to get to town when you can walk the same distance in 40 mins. reception staff was very strict about the 2pm check-in time, which is okay if she'd explained that they were full, but it was just a flat no.

When I arrived, the reception staff were ever so helpful and friendly. For what I paid for the room, the hotel was great. Although I didn’t use it, there was a gym plus the pool was fab! Would definitely recommend.
