A nice and clean hotel with a friendly service and very helpful staff good location essay to transfer not in the rash of Istanbul but in good location for public transport to visit definitly came back

Great stay. Cleaner than I expected. The reception when we checked in was excellent. We arrived at 9:15am and just thought we would try to ask if we can check in early. I didn't expect it, but the receptionist was super kind and allowed us to check in really early. He even upgraded our room to a triple deluxe and even allowed us to eat breakfast since we were hungry from our travels (the upgrade and the breakfast was complimentary that morning). The room was clean, just a little musty smell when we arrived but we got used to it. We were very close to where we needed to be at a competition in the Torium AVM Mall for my son's cubing competition. It was the perfect place for our stay there. It's also on the metrobus route and nearby all buses. The breakfast was a buffet. It was fine, but some foods tasted old (like the sandwich meats). Otherwise, it was a great time and a great stay. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in the area. The price was great for its value. Oh, also the wifi was super fast.

I came here for a business trip and I booked the hotel for over 3 months. So far so good room service has been great, housekeeping is always on time and breakfast is simple yet refreshing. The terrace at the very top has a nice open view of the city and the sea. It's a lovely place to sit back and enjoy the night sky. The staff are very welcoming, and besides their mouther tongue they can speak both English and Arabic. The rooms are comfortable and the showers are clean (something which I pay much attention to). Overall it's a decent hotel in which you can relax after a long tiring day. Tip: In order for the room ventilation to work, you need to close the window.

We stayed here for 10 days, and we were satisfied. Hotel has big simple rooms, with big windows, that do not open entirely, witch was a plus for us, since we have small children. Breakfast was rich and tasty, and entire staff was great. We had fresh water, tea and nesscafe everyday in our rooms. The only suggestions I have is an espresso machine for breakfast, and maybe some vacuum cleaning in the rooms, since the highway is near and a lot of dust conmes in, wiping the floors is'nt enough.

Very professional dealing, excellent overall, clean and comfortable. Staff are very welcoming, rooms are clean and air-conditioned, nice area. Good value for money, food may be enhanced but still very good.
