View is excellent ...magical even. Food and breakfast is good. Huge property which has tennis courts. Lots of Greenery and nice place to walk around. Owner is very kind and courteous to make us feel comfortable. Pool was not clean and gaming area was not functional. Also bathrooms are small and not well lit. Bathing area should be demarcated from the rest as water fills everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay at Ravine Hotel in Panchgani. It is at a great location and a must visit to experience the valley view from the room, their great hospitality and greenery around the place. The staff were all super nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The owner is such a down to earth guy. Came over to chat with us a couple times and really made the place feel homey.

Our stay at Ravine was fabulous. The Rooms were well maintained and had very nice valley view.The food at melting pot restaurant was excellent. The restaurant staff was very courteous and helpful. The Gym and indoor games facilities are good. Only one thing which was not done on time was room cleaning. Rest all good.

i am a regular guest visiting ravine since 14 years. visited on 21 march 2024. i want to bring to the notice of management that i saw a dog moving around in the hotel lobby.i was shocked that no one was bothered about it. also one small dog (belonging to the owners) was playing with the tennis ball (by holding it in his mouth). these tennis balls will be used by others in future so chances of infections being transmitted to guests/players. these are unhygenic practices from guest stay point of view. You are most welcome and free to have pets and allow them freedom at your house. but in ravine hotel you are running a commercial establishment like a hotel. many people may not feel hygienic because of the above. some people are allergic to animal hair and it can trigger asthma attack. also you are bound by hotel regulations in india. there can be chances of dog bite incidences in future (even if you say that the dog is quite that is not a acceptable justification). i have already spoken to the reception counter about this concern. please look into the matter urgently. i would like to continue as a regular guest of ravine hotel in future also. The stay at Ravine Hotel, Panchgani has been exceptional, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we enjoyed a lot at the property. The location is at its best. The pillows are best, there is no need to do any adjustment for the same. they are most comfortable, supersoft, light weight, neck and spine are well supported for relaxed and trustful sleep
