The Ramada Hotel was Fantastic. The Service by Suraj & Krishnakant was excellent in the 3rd Floor. The Reception persons were very courteous & helpful. The Food was very good. Finally Mr. Somnath DGM was very helpful & gave us a very good package. Also would like to thank Mr. Karthik from your Coimbatore office for the reservation & follow up. Thanks Ramada, we will be back again. Also will inform friends & relatives. Regards V. Narendran

I stayed at this Ramada for 3 weeks. I was not booked in but had to escape another awful hotel at 3 AM. The staff were super accomodating saving me with a great room that I only told them about at 3 AM. For the 3 weeks I was there everything was flawless. From the cleanliness to the friendliness. The quality of food, speed of room service and their willingness to accommodate some of my particular needs due to my business work in Mumbai. All services were flawless but I have to call out Omkar and his front desk team. They were understanding, flexible and helped me in many areas. I travel a lot for work - but this 3 week stay was brilliant - down to the staff, rooms everything. I WILL BE BACK!

Room was well managed and clean. Servuce was promt. Buffet served had lot of varieties. It is near to the beach and in close proximity to the city. Recommended for anyone liking to visit Mumbai . Staff Nitish and Amit were polite and well mannered.
