The staff awesome. The rooms are outdated, bed lumpy, mattress soft, pillows old (need replacing), bathroom small. Cable TV lacks variety. Onsite bar closed until further notice. Price fair for the location (4 miles from airport).

WARNING! Do not stay here! rooms are disgustingly made up, smelly, Air conditioning is loud so hard to sleep. My shower didn’t work and it took 5 hours for someone to fix . Staff were less than helpful. All the glitters on the outside is not a reflection on the rooms. Real let down for the Ramada group. Seems like a slap of paint is all they have done . A noise from the neighbours over the fence gave it a spooky feel and once again hard to sleep with noise ! Stay away even if you’re considering just 1 night.

Do Not Stay Here I am utterly disgusted by the appalling conditions at this hotel and feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. Upon checking into my room, I was horrified to find it filthy beyond belief. There were cockroaches crawling on the walls, feces smeared in the bathroom, and the carpet was littered with hair and grime. Despite immediately bringing these issues to the attention of the front desk staff, I was met with nothing but indifference and rudeness. Instead of addressing the problem, they attempted to humiliate me and even hung up the phone when I persisted. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find accommodation elsewhere. The lack of cleanliness and professionalism is simply unacceptable. Please take my experience as a cautionary tale and spare yourself the nightmare of staying at this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Can't get a hold of the shuttle when you need too! We had to wait hours trying to get in touch with the hotel. The hotel smells like mold! Then when we got to the room it was very stinky. The pillows on the bed are the size of small decorative pillows that you would see on a couch!! Then had to pay for an Uber to get back to the airport because the shuttle doesn't start running until 6 am! Total waste of time and money. The exterior doors are not secured either. Anyone can just walk right in!

Bed was nice, room was clean enough. Breakfast is included but is just cereal, toast, waffle maker, oatmeal, fruit, and coffees. Be aware airport shuttle stops at 11:30 PM Local time. Arrived at 12:30 am, waited a bit for staff to arrive to help check in, room key machine broken so she let me in my room. I was only there for the night so not an issue for me. This was my first time staying at Ramada hotels, I would consider again, very budget friendly. Decent proximity to IAH but you cannot walk.
