Whilst Radoli House is a nice building and the rooms spacious and grand this is not a place I would come back to. The staff spoke no English, despite advertising they did, and had no idea any of our requests (such as, the power is out in our room, could we please check out etc etc). The restaurant had no beer and no food, only soft drinks. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay the night then by all means book a room, but don’t expect any more than that.

The good: -The staff was quite helpful. -The room was spacious The bad: -The property was overpriced -Some of the facilities listed on booking.com weren't available in the room -The TV was not working (and they were aware of it, but didn't fix it) -The first set of toiletries they provided were nibbled by rats (they promptly replaced it when I pointed out, but I'm still shocked it was offered in the first place -No faucet/dustbin in the bathroom -Rusted bathroom fittings -Quite unclean -An odd smell in the bedroom -While I paid for the Royal deluxe room, the owner tried to give me a cheaper room on the ground floor. When I pointed out that this room was clearly not the royal deluxe, he said the other room will take time so he gave me whatever was available. That's not a valid answer to be given to a customer -The restaurant was never operational and hence room service was a joke. Whenever I was in the room, I got food delivered from restaurants outside. Also, for the price they charge, they should give complimentary breakfast too (they don't - in any case they don't have a good spread either)

Hotel location is good easily accessible by railway stations, bus station and little far by the airport but worth it to stay there, good heritage hotel, the guy whose name is Bhawani is also taking care well. I stayed 5-6 times at 2016 may.

The hotel is a heritage property in the old Rajasthan style, with many antiquities around. The room was spacious with a huge bed - very comfortable, and a balcony. Everything worked fine. The hotel staff were professional and helpful in every way. Location is good, in a quiet area of town, Bani Park. Restaurant served good quality food, but many items were often unavailable. Breakfast was a little strange as most Indian items were not available and we ended up having fried egg on toast with black coffee most mornings. Overall good value budget hotel, would recommend it to anyone.
