We are conducting Manyata Reality meeting at the Radisson Blu Atria Bangalore twice in a most of the weeks. In all our meetings Steve was taking care of our meeting. His Service was really very dedicated 😊 and he shows us his 100% talent on his particular work base and he have extremely good communication skill, good body language, and beautiful smile 😀. Also food and hall is very clean with good smell keep🌼. We are conducting the meetings we can saw the meeting hall we can really happy to come again and again to conduct our meeting in the Radisson Blu Atria, because of Steve. Thank you Radisson Blu Atria for giving talented guest handling staff to us for our meeting. From the Banquet side we get the Concord Hall and meeting with tea and coffee sections. It was served by Steve, He gives customer satisfaction and he handles each and every guest like a family member. We all are from different places and we have lots of pressure and stress, but we are entering in the Radisson Blu Atria we can automatically get the enjoyed atmosphere and we can really really happy, because we got the talented staff for our fullfilnes. I am thanking to Mr. Anas in the front office. He is dedication for his job, he was extremely well talented person. Keep it up you conversation to us with your good smile 😁. Some times those days our guest was decided to stay in the Radisson Blu Atria, and then they are booking for the room Mr. Anas was taking care of the guest and he gets the guest into the room. They provide comfortable rooms for the guest. Some times our guests was little critical mindset. But Steve makes the critical into normal to condinuing our meeting peacefully. I am thanking for Mr.Ameer chef, Mr. Arul chef for preparing tasty strong tea and coffee to us. When we are continuously asking for the tea, coffees and cookies, extremely those chef makes the variety of tea likes cardomom tea or masala tea and specially thanks for giving oru satisfied coffee likes strong coffees lite coffee to us. Keep it up 👍🏻we get more satisfaction because of you guys makes our tea break delicious and extremely for me it will get more relax and the others was also more happy because of you guys provided their satisfied tea coffees special. When you guys provided your own special tea, coffees likes tea or coffee with sugar, with out sugar, sugar free tea and coffees to us, it makes us freemind to each and every persons to attend this complicated meeting. One days we haved breakfast from the One Atria Caffe we can say the busy of the chefs, they makes the tasty and good satisfied food to the entire guest. We also ordered for variety of dosas to the chef. Mr. Yohanan chefs will provide the tasty dosas with in 15 to 20 mins. He makes variety of dosas likes Mysore masala dosas to us. It will makes our breakfast tasty and relaxable environment and atmosphere. When the breakfast time also we all are really enjoyed and we guest more happy. Because when our breakfast was going on the restaurant Steve will come for helping us and he makes our breakfast enjoyable and he also served the waters and food for us with a cute smile 😁. For me and our guest he gives more and more help from the restaurant. When we are starting meeting and till the end of the meeting guest are asking for the variety of coffees and teas, Steve take more initiative and makes different types for green teas, lemon teas, lemon tea with honey, and different types of black coffee to the guest and guest will become happy to attend the meeting. Steve gives 100% initiative for his work. We are more exited to conduct our meeting in twice in a week and we all are more and more satisfied with Steve. Because he makes more happiness and positive smile to the each and every one. Expetially we have 3 VIP in this meeting. The banquet team provides special chairs to those VIP guest. Mainly we are focusing for thies guest satisfaction. But sometimes we can't to be able to focus this guest. We are engaged for other that's why. Steve was extremely talented person. Because he knows very well about more about the VIP guest more than us and he give 100% satisfaction for that 3 VIP guest. When the lunch break happens Steve will be guided our guest to the restaurant, and he has to do proper food and beverages like seated to the guest on the dinning table and he pore the water for all our guest and he served the starters to the each and every guest. When we are ordering some roti or naan, cut fruits, He immediately come and take orders, he place the order and he was served those items to the plates and he makes our dinning happy and enjoyable moment. When we are ordering for roti or naan Mr.Roshan chef from the tandoor gives tasty and variety of roti and naan, when we are ordering for the cut fruits Mr. Devan chef give variety of cut fruits like papaya, water melon, grapes, guava, etc; and some days we are ordering for the variety of icecreams Mr. Balaji chef and his department chefs gives the variety of icecreams to the our guest. When we are giving those orders to Steve. He gives our ordered food with in 10 to 15 mins and he makes perfect time management for us to get the tasty food and we can stop our enjoying dinning on the correct timings. The VIP guest are high court judges and they also really happy because of the good food and beverage service from the One Atria Caffe. Mis. Nivanita, Mis. Sneha, Mis. Saluja and the team was too much helpful for Steve. They gives good atmosphere cable service to the each guest and they makes our dinning smoothly. Thanks again for the Radisson group for giving this staff for the success of our meeting pleasure 🤠.

We are regularly conducting 3 days meetings at Radisson blu Atria hotel. We are attended the meeting on Concord hall. We are around 20 peoples are attended on that meeting . On that day banquet staff Steve was taking care of that meeting and the hall. He is done great work for me and my another colleagues. Keep it up. The food was very nice. And I again and again thanking to Steve and Nadirsha for taking care of lunch smoothly and cleanliness. They did great 100% guest satisfaction for all the members to attend that meeting. We didn't inform for the sales people for a Jain food. On the first day we request for a Jain food for Steve before one hour we started the lunch. I like his confidence he never ever said no to us. He immediately take action and he informed to kitchen. And kitchen chefs provide Jain food to Steve and he will served the Jain food to that particular person. In remaining 2 days we never ask or argue for the Jain food. Steve only take interest and initiative and he provides Jain food for that particular person. Thank you Radisson Blu Atria group for given Steve and Nadirsha for taking care of our meeting colourful. Thank you

Very nice hotel. Slightly old rooms but good experience and service overall. Suma from their service team was fantastic and very attentive. The welcoming and considerate nature of the entire service team makes a huge difference and impacted my visit positively. The team members in the cafe really cared for my experience and was visible by their demeanor. Look forward to being back soon.

Extremely well orchestrated function and the most amazingly co-ordinated event. Kudos to the Atria Radisson Blu Team. Extremely delighted and a life-long loyalist. Support came even before of was asked. The lunch table had a huge spread and every dish was highly appreciated by the team. They definitely have a wonderful kitchen.
