This is an extremely bad property. Before booking this hotel please note the following: (1) The owner/manager of the hotel will tell you it's 1.5 km from Mall Road, however, it's 3 km. (2) Hotel has added incorrect location of the property in Google maps to deceive people of it's distance from central Manali and may cause you inconvenience in reaching the property. (3) The staff is rude in general. Manager/ Receptionist is extremely rude and lack mannerisms in any form. (4) WiFi doesn't work properly. (5) Breakfast menu does not have coffee or eggs. They only serve aalu puri, upma and chai for breakfast. (6) The view from the property is below average at its best. (7) Getting an auto or cab from or near the hotel is a difficult task. (8) Tap in the washroom doesn't work properly and extremely little water is dispensed from the tap. (9) Room is basic. However, its clean and spacious and that's the only positive about this place.

one of the best hotel in manali with great skilled staff for hospitality. awesome location with mountain balcony view. you will not regret staying there. i will give 10/10 for location, service and hospitality.

Had a good stay with my hubby, nice staff and good food. Totally worth staying. Best part is the river & mountain view from the balcony. I would like to visit again here only . If I'll come to manali.

First thing that strikes u is the absolute warmth & friendliness of the entire staff. The Manager Mr.Sunil is always present to help u with all your needs & queries. The owner Mr.Megnad is an absolute gem of a person. by the end u will feel that he less of an owner and more a good friend. The food quality is perfectly homely. if u missing 'ghar ka khana' (home food) then this is the place to dine. for sure a good place to relax and enjoy.

I was at RA hotel with my friends. The hotel is in a beautiful location away from the chaotic town in season time. The view of the valley from the balconies is breath taking. The best part is the food- it is just like home cooked food, which is what I feel I miss while travelling. I am as sure as I can be that the owner and the staff can go a long way to make sure the customers are satisfied. Highly recommended for a simple, easy and a beautiful holiday.
