Absolutely amazing food and time had at the Konkan cafe! Special thanks to Kiran, Laxmikant, Shraddha, Sagar and Naresh for making our evening absolutely memorable. My mother’s bday was made especially memorable with the cake and photo frame and we love the attention to detail given for making our day absolutely perfect!!

We chose The Konkan Cafe to have dinner on Mother's Day. Laxmikant was our waiter, service was very good and sweet. Food was excellent, the Seafood Thali was filling and satisfying. An evening well spent in the company of friends and family.

It was great afternoon at Trattoria to celebrate Monther's day with big Family/ friends. It was a very busy and all the servers were just great looking after the guests . Food was served just perfectly, ofc with some delays. I would like to specially thank Mark n Jayshree to look after us inspite of huge pressure. They were very courteous n ensured our drinks n food were served in time . They are truly asset to Restaurant n hotel. It was so surprise to see managers with suit were lost , n they were no where helping the servers .. most depressed managers.. we didn't even felt like calling them as they had no interest at all. They were just standing at entrance so that don't hv to work. Most disappointing was Chef Udipaan , with whom we escalated the matter of salad n he was no way interested to look into our concern .. he didn't even bothered to come back with answer . Absolutely pathetic attitude I have ever come across at any restaurant or hotel in world including india. He is definitely don't fit in Taj culture. Sad to note taking us granted n to our concern. I strongly recommend not to call such senior to spoil your meal.. All servers are very nice and courteous. they are friendly n they walk an extra mile to look after customer. Room and food first in class and great hospitality and staffs ver well trained so lovely ambiance and view of the hotel is too good . I love breakfast with lavish variety of food that all belongs to good food with hygiene. Started with entrance check in and check out is very smooth handling by hotel staffs Give 200/200❤️❤️❤️

This is strictly only for the ground staff and chefs at Trattoria. Chef Atul has been very helpful and professional throughout. Other mentions include Chef Kadir, Milind, and Takle. Mr Garry served wonderfully. Mr Uttam has also been helpful. Mr Anup has also been quite receptive. I would highly recommend this just for these guys.
