Rude customer service and front desk agent named Rahul. This guy was shouting at me and my family and wouldn’t even let us finish talking. He talks back in a very rude manner and claiming that he was being professional with us in that way. We understand that the hotel booking was for single occupancy under our eldest sister because I BOOKED IT for her. We paid her a visit there to bring her groceries as she had a worst experience during the recent flood rain and her home building issues due to no running water and electricity in Dubai. As me and my younger sister is staying in a room good only for the two of us, we helped to book that hotel for our eldest sister to live comfortably. Me and my younger sister never intended to stay in the hotel as we have our own place that we can stay in comfortably. However, this Rahul from Front Desk was shouting at us and screaming that we leave the room and the hotel as soon as possible as it was not allowed for us to be there which obviously I already know that since I also work in a 5 star hotel for almost 10 years in Dubai. We spoke with him nicely and said that we are leaving and if he could give us couple of minutes to just prepare to leave as we just finished eating our dinner. After 5 minutes, he knocked on the door, brought a security with him and both of them shouted at us and that he already gave us 15 minutes time to leave the room and the hotel. My older sister told them to just calm down and explained that we got here because we just helped her with groceries and that we are already ready to leave in 2 minutes thus, despite telling him this, he still continued shouting at us to move faster which made my Eldest sister almost losing her temper. We didn’t talk back anymore and followed them while they escorted me and my younger sister to the lobby and outside the hotel to ensure we won’t come back inside. Lol. That was the rudest employee I have ever encountered in a supposed hospitality industry. Wouldn’t recommend staying here with such rude people and poor hospitality service.

Overall is average. The room is just ok. Not bad for single traveller for short stay. I would like to comment about dinner service in hotel. The services was too slow. We wait for 4 pieces of baklava more than 1 hour. The main course is just ok, not too tasty and not too bad.. But I am very upset for slow service of the kitchen and waitress to serve my food.

An excellent 1 night stay, a very comfortable spacious room. For a last limited booking we were very well looked after. The room was setup exactly how I requested. Didn’t really get a chance to explore any hotel facilities but I’m sure they would all be great. Can’t fault Premier Inn. Thank you

premier in dip is my 1st experience and this is hotel so clean excellent servies ,active staff and heplful ,ms shital so kind and lovely friendly thank you for everything and i will come next time with my family and friends this my solo trip thanks
