Very nice people and service. Plunge pool on rooftop. Located near the Avenida da Libedade and Parque Edwardo VII which has an incline and a great view at the top. The park itself is nothing spectacular and hopefully, the crane is outside of your view.

Stayed for 4 nights this week - left the hotel about half an hour ago! I wanted to stay here due to staying at the cliff bay in Madeira a few years ago. The wonderful staff are what make this hotel special - from the moment we arrived we felt very cared for. We had brilliant sightseeing advice from a lovely lady on reception. The rooms are spacious and very well presented. Well stocked mini bar. Did not experience any noise disturbance. Small negative is I didn’t find the beds to be very comfy but understand this is personal preference. The cocktails at the hotel bar in the Lobby were tasty - the bar man was always so friendly and attentive. Did not catch his name but was great. The hotel is located just around the corner from the metro station - only a couple of stops on the metro from the centre of Lisbon. We did not walk the entire way down the Avenida de Liberdade but imagine this could be tiring so would recommend the metro. The doorman was very helpful and welcoming too. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay at the Porto bay group again.

Fantastic Great staff and a lovely hotel Breakfast is great Location is good and its about 15 minutes walk to the centre Easily reachable by bus and metro. Small bar but perfect Fabulous rooftop terrace and bar The best bit? Definitely the staff - they were great

Very conveniently located near the city center, Metro is 2 minutes on foot. Very clean and really nice staff. Air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy and breakfast buffet was a bit too "cramped" for my taste, but overall very good stay in Lisbon.

Stayed a few days in PortoBay Marques for business reasons. The location is very central but it a side street so it can be reached easily by taxi or public transport. And surprisingly quiet at night, in spite of the celebration of the Sporting CP fans (I was in a room on the back but still...) Personnel very welcoming and friendly, room very spacious and elevators functioning very efficiently.
