Location is good. Good pool ambience. Food quality is good. But lesser in quantity. Improve kids play area. Also include some activities like trekking, games etc. Swimming pool was too good and temperature controlled. Clean and neat rooms. Friendly staffs. 360° view was too good for photo clicks.

Nice ambience, friendly staff, very courteous . The GM was very kind and helfpful, down to earth person. The rooms were clean with all facilities met. The food and menu were exuberant😋 The pool was a lengthy one and well maintained. Mr Suresh was welcoming and friendly from the beginning till we were sent off😊He was an alrounder and guided us in viewing scenaries, family photography and gave a nice debriefing about tourism in thekady. Overall experience was awesome. Everyone of us enjoyed. It was indeed a very memorable experience which we would always cherish in our hearts❤️

The Portree gives wonderful experience to us. Their hospitality is very appreciative.our kids enjoyed in the infinity swimming pool.thanks to all the department of poetree reosrt.
