Worst experience ever. The staff service is extremely pathetic. The manager was very rude. He has no solutions whenever we reached out to him for help. Please never choose this for stay nor any events.

Worst experience ever , staff will not care to give you any service . Service is 0% . GM , mr. Saji doesn't even care about the guest . He will not even find any solution for the problem you have faced . Do not go !!

One of the most pathetic hotels till now I stayed in my life. When asked why no hot water in shower the reason they gave was you paid much less though online bookings compared to our rates- from front desk reception. Staff on ground at reception very rude they give impression by giving rooms doing a favour on you

Great service , clean room , decent staff , good vibes, great food. It was a great stay here very helpful staff nice location , amazing pool view . Housekeeping staff is very helpful and active , Good stay at this hotel

We have stayed there only for three jours because of room's uncleanliness, Staffs behaviour,health faucet and wash basin pipes not working.We have contacted somany times before making a decision of check out. We have stayed in room no 504& 507 on 14/06/2022 from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm.Hospital management forced us to pay full amount.After some discussion ...they only reduced our breakfast charges.
